职责描述：
1、负责控制器硬件电路设计、核心硬件部分仿真设计和分析工作。
2、电子元器件选型、控制电路原理图设计、PCB layout设计 并完成单板组件调试、测试。
3、与软件工程师协同工作，完成电机驱动器的调试及测试。
4、负责项目相关技术文档的编写，BOM输出及DFEMA。
岗位要求 :
1、本科或硕士学历，电机, 电子, 电气工程, 自动化、机电一体化相关专业。
2、对电力电子、模拟电路有较好的理论基础及设计能力。
3、熟练使用AD等硬件开发软件，熟练掌握电路仿真工具及相关调试设备的应用。
4、有硬件设计基础，熟悉PCB设计的基本原则，了解EMC相关知识，有硬件设计的项目经验者优先。

岗位职责
- 负责齿轮传动驱动项目的开发及研究工作，编制减速器、齿轮箱的开发技术方案，进行分析以及确认并满足设计输入功能、性能、质量、成本和周期要求。
- 负责传动系统的齿轮、花键等传动方案设计；负责齿轮传动系统设计耐久性和结构强度校核计算；负责减速器与电机系统集成的开发与设计；负责传动系统相关件技术文件的编制。
- 根据设计需求制定各零部件的设计标准。
- 减速器总成、驱动桥产品数据（3D、2D、BOM等）的审核及指导。
岗位要求
- 硕士或博士学历，齿轮设计项目经验优先
- 各种常用齿轮的专业设计
- 齿轮 NVH 和强度模拟优先
