Job Purpose

Working days/hours for this role are Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm OR 7am-4pm EDT.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new internal and external users in ICE’s environment
• Support and advance the global corporate computing environment
• Support hardware, software, and network needs for Windows, Mac, and virtual environments
• Manage tickets and incidents in ServiceNow including issue resolution, escalation, and documentation management
• Deploy hardware and software including desktop and laptop imaging software and VoIP
• Provision Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and Exchange Online including device authentication and maintaining users, groups, and distribution lists
• Manage hardware inventory, mobile device support, purchasing, and file/print/DHCP
• Troubleshoot and support conference room AV and video conferencing systems (Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc.)
• Support broker and trading floor technology (New York based EUC analysts only)

Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, CIS, or related field preferred, but not required
• 1+ year of relevant work experience providing hardware/software and end-user deskside support highly preferred
• Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift 50+ pounds
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure, Intune, Exchange Online, and Windows desktop/server troubleshooting
• Experience with networking technology such as Cisco and Juniper
• Experience with Windows OS, Mac OS, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of scripting and PowerShell preferred

Job Purpose

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will own and drive both manual and automated testing processes throughout the software development lifecycle. Collaborating closely with R&D (Research and Development), Product Management, and cross-functional teams, you will ensure product quality from initial planning to final delivery. Your responsibilities include designing comprehensive end-to-end test strategies, executing them effectively, and ensuring that all quality objectives are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and evaluate manual and automated test cases.
• Develop clear, concise, and detail-oriented test plans and test cases based on specifications or verbal requirements.
• Collaborate with Development, Product Management, and Integration teams to ensure test coverage and alignment with product goals.
• Take ownership of the QA lifecycle including functional, regression, and progression testing efforts.
• Analyze test results, report issues, and escalate potential quality concerns as needed.
• Continuously maintain and enhance the existing test suite to ensure test relevance and efficiency.

and Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in QA within a client/server or web-based environment.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, best practices, and documentation.
• Proven experience withCloud environments, particularly AWS.
• Proven experience with Python
• Familiarity with system architecture including web and application servers.

Responsibilities

• Research and design innovative quantitative solutions tailored for OTC derivatives and exchanged traded options.
• Explore and leverage cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques for quantitative modeling purposes.
• Design and deploy pricing models and calibration tools for a spectrum of derivatives including Interest Rate, Equity, FX, and Commodity derivatives.
• Furnish comprehensive analysis and documentation elucidating methodologies, techniques, and discoveries.
• Investigate and manage large data sets.
• Explain model behavior, carry out scenario analysis, provide guidance and analytics.

Knowledge and Experience

• 1+ years of work experience in a quantitative field preferred.
• Creative, innovative, and passionate about quantitative research and modeling.

• Ability to solve real world business problems using quantitative and computational techniques.
• Ability to implement algorithms in multiple computing environments and languages.

• Degree or above in Math, Physics, Finance or similar quantitative fields required.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, options, and asset pricing and modeling preferred.
• Additional work experience in financial industry using C# , EXCEL, Python and MATLAB preferred.
