Your primary responsibilities include: Comprehensive Feature Development and Issue Resolution: Working on the end to end feature development and solving challenges faced in the implementation. • Lead the design, development, and implementation of the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions within the SPM framework.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of developers and administrators working on the ServiceNow SPM module.
• Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the SPM module with other ServiceNow applications.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards in the implementation of portfolio management solutions.

• SPM or ITBM ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) is must.
