In this role, you will oversee IT projects, leading progress management, resource allocation, and issue resolution. You will ensure seamless communication with clients, guiding projects from requirements definition through to implementation. Leveraging the latest technologies, you will support the team with a strong focus on quality and deadlines, contributing to the success of the project.

You will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet client requirements and ensure stable operations, particularly for clients in the financial industry, including major domestic banks.

• Experience in driving large-scale projects for the financial industry at an IT vendor, SIer, consulting firm, or financial institution.

• Experience as a Project Manager (PM) or Project Leader (PL) in system integration development, package software development, or system construction for the financial industry.

• Experience in system development, particularly in overseeing upstream processes including the requirements definition phase.

• Japanese (Fluent, JLPT N1)

• Experience as a Project Manager (PM) in applying project management frameworks such as those defined by PMP.

• Development experience utilizing cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP/IBM Cloud) or container technologies.

As an Architect in IBM Consulting, you'll serve as a leader in defining solutions for clients. You'll be the advocate for the client while guiding the technical team to implementation.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :
•Experience in leading proposals for SAP development and operation projects.
•The ability to lead a series of selling activities such as customer approach, negotiation, internal coordination, etc., from the initial phase of proposal to the conclusion of the contract.
•Able to create proposal scenarios and document proposals including value propositions and solutions by oneself.
•Experience in delivery of ERP AMS projects as a PM.
•Equivalent to TOEIC score of 730・Able to read English E-Mail and documents. Higher English proficiency will increase opportunities for activities.

•Business level Japanese language skills.Work with Hiring Manager to ID up to 5 bullets max
