・Linuxの、基本的な操作スキル

In this role, you will oversee IT projects, leading progress management, resource allocation, and issue resolution. You will ensure seamless communication with clients, guiding projects from requirements definition through to implementation. Leveraging the latest technologies, you will support the team with a strong focus on quality and deadlines, contributing to the success of the project.

You will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet client requirements and ensure stable operations, particularly for clients in the financial industry, including major domestic banks.

• Experience in driving large-scale projects for the financial industry at an IT vendor, SIer, consulting firm, or financial institution.

• Experience as a Project Manager (PM) or Project Leader (PL) in system integration development, package software development, or system construction for the financial industry.

• Experience in system development, particularly in overseeing upstream processes including the requirements definition phase.

• Japanese (Fluent, JLPT N1)

• Experience as a Project Manager (PM) in applying project management frameworks such as those defined by PMP.

• Development experience utilizing cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP/IBM Cloud) or container technologies.

You will support analytical services and solution delivery to support business management, sales and marketing measures, etc. by utilizing data held by companies, extracting, processing, analyzing, and analyzing various types of data.

*Business-level Japanese (N1) is required for this position.

・Technical skills in multiple BI Tools and OSS such as Python

・Experience in building data visualization environments using BI tools

(especially those who have knowledge of Cognos and Tableau are highly appreciated)

・Data mining and modeling skills using any of the analytical tools such as Python/R/SAS/SPSS

・Large-scale project management skills

・Experience in implementing DMP and data recruiting
