• Involved in all aspects of a project and has dual ability to maintain the broad vision required for design development of a project, including strategic thinking and leadership. Oversees the intricate details of a project from inception through launch.
• Has a strong understanding of the Client's business, industry, economic model, organizational trends and customer needs in order to lead with relevant digital marketing solutions.
• Partner across teams to recommend and determine appropriate project execution models (waterfall and/or agile practices) and determine project engagement type (Retainer, Fixed Fee, Time and Materials) as part of solutioning. Establishes and maintains a Center of excellence for every project with Client, and/or Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Serves as a central point of contact for project estimates, utilizing department leads and SMEs to determine estimates for their team's activities.
• Facilitates the creation of accurate project plans with clearly defined milestones, deliverables and tasks. Work with department SMEs to determine department level deliverables and create resource allocation/staffing plans for the lifecycle of the project. Experience with IBM Design Thinking, Agile, DevOps, Scrum, SAFe, LeSS and SDLC.
• Design major aspects of the architecture of an application including components, UI, middleware and databases

• For a given scope area, evaluate architectural models and perform/drive in-depth analysis of systems, data flows processes, and KPIs/metrics about the current state
• Develop understanding of business processes, data flows, strategy, and long-term thinking to come up with an end-state architecture for large and complex systems
• Full-stack software Architecture Expertise, Designing and Developing full stack modules and components for web applications (frontend and backend services)
• Working experience on MEAN (Mongo, Express, Angular, Node), MERN (Mongo, Express, React, Node) stacks
• Consumer Web Development Experience for High-Traffic, Public Facing web applications

• Experience in working with AB Test frameworks such as Optimizely, Experience in using front end monitoring tools to troubleshoot errors and recognize performance bottlenecks
• Experience in designing UX for simplifying user experience and dashboards for viewing high volume of information
• Expertise in hosting and configuring Data Annotation tools, defining meta data for media types such as Images, Audio, Video, model-based data capture, Preferred Experience in Playing liaison role with ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Analysts to translate business requirements to conceptual designs

Automation:Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts to streamline deployment, monitoring, and management of the infrastructure and applications.

Monitoring and Alerting:Set up and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact customers or services. Including participation in on-call rotations to respond promptly to high priority incidents.

Performance Optimization:Identify opportunities for performance optimization and work with development teams to implement improvements.

Documentation:Maintain up-to-date documentation for the infrastructure, processes, and procedures.

Collaboration:Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure the reliability of the platform.

Continuous Improvement:Participate in post-incident reviews, retrospectives, and other forums to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

· Strong Linux systems engineering background with CentOS/RHEL or Debian including experience building, maintaining and troubleshooting these systems.

· Automation and Scripting: Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) and experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet) to automate deployment and management tasks.

· Excellent Git skills (merges, branching, forking)

· Experience with Cloud Platforms: Strong experience with cloud platforms such as IBM, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including expertise in:

o Deploying and managing services in these environments.

o Managing, and troubleshooting containerized applications.

· Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues in a production environment, including experience with incident response and post-incident analysis.

Container Orchestration:Proficiency in container orchestration tools such as Nomad or Kubernetes, including experience with Hashicorp Consul/Vault or equivalents.

Monitoring and Logging:Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., ELK stack, Grafana, Prometheus) to monitor the health and performance of infrastructure and applications. Including experience building and maintaining these tools.

Security:Knowledge of implementing security best practices and maintaining compliance standards (Center for Internet Security (CIS) Benchmarks, FedRAMP).

Security:Ability to patch software or adjust configurations to mitigate Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) in a timely fashion.

· Experience with clustered time series database technologies such as InfluxDB as well as experience with distributed event streaming platforms using Kafka and Telegraf.

CI/CD:Experience with application deployment using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Tekton.

As a Security Architect you will apply your knowledge of Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC) and the Cloud Cybersecurity Controls (CCC) in support of hosting and operating our software platforms in designated regions, making them both secure and compliant with the local requirements. Your primary responsibilities include: AWS Distributed Systems: Develop and maintain scalable distributed systems in AWS. • With 8+ years of experience, provide security guidance for archive, backup/recovery, and Business Continuity Processes (Disaster recovery) in distributed operations
