Warehouse Lead – Ayr, Ontario

As a Warehouse Lead here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the warehouse operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the receiving, storing, and shipping of products, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely order fulfillment. With your strong leadership skills and attention to detail, you will ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out safely and efficiently. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive process improvements will contribute to the success of our warehouse operations.

You will report directly to our Sr Field Supervisor, and you will work out of our,
235 Waydom Dr, Ary, ON N0B 1E0, Canada.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and a safe working environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of products in the warehouse.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts and audits.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and fulfill customer orders.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.
  • Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize warehouse operations.

You will work as part of a team to efficiently produce high-quality products that meet customer requirements. You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you'll work out of our manufacturing facility on the
weekend shift (7:00 am to 8:00 pm 3 days a week (Friday- Sunday)).

In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring the timely and accurate assembly of products. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assemble products according to work instructions and quality standards
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications
