Assembler- Weekend Shift

You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you'll work out of our manufacturing facility on the
weekend shift (7:00 am to 8:00 pm 3 days a week (Friday- Sunday)).
In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring the timely and accurate assembly of products. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans associated with optical test systems, ensuring that all engineering requirements are met. You will provide technical assistance to other engineers, troubleshoot issues, and lead or contribute to the development of innovative solutions. to resolve complex customer issues.You will report directly to one of our Snr Engineering Managers and you will work out of our Cambridge location in Canada.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Provide technical support and guidance to engineering teams with respect to optical test systems
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans associated with building and testing optical hardware
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering problems associated with manufacturing and testing of optical systems
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards and customer requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency
YOU MUST HAVE• Minimum 6 years of experience in an advanced technical role providing test engineering support for optical product related test systems
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and people-oriented skills
