As a
Senior Project Management Specialist

This position requires a blend of technical expertise and operational acumen to manage service delivery effectively, uphold safety standards, and drive improvements in service quality. The Senior Project Management Specialist will coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of service requests, with a strong emphasis on compliance and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Coordination: Support and coach Field Service Professionals (FSPs), ensuring efficient service execution and escalation of issues as needed.
• Safety Advocacy: Promote Honeywell’s safety culture and ensure FSP compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
• Spot Activity Management: Oversee the timely and compliant execution of assigned service tasks.
• Quality Assurance: Partner with support teams to maintain and improve service quality and delivery standards.

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or 15 years of experience within the Building Automation Industry in lieu of a degree.
• 6 years of industry experience within the Building Automation Industry
• 5 plus years of experience in Honeywell Building Automation Systems.
