Develop and maintain a Management Operating Systems (MOS) including of scheduling of planned workplace, site observations, inspections, audits and risk assessments
Facilitate the deployment of strategic and Annual Operating plans for HSE across the districts
Conduct structured investigations to meet requirements of safety regulators
Ensure Honeywell and customer and HSE requirements are met for all projects and contracts
Key Experience & Capabilities:
Diploma or qualifications in Health, Safety, Environmental, Risk Management, Occupational Hygiene or other appropriate qualification related to HSE
Minimum 5 years’ experience in driving and deploying HSE in business ideally in construction industry (preferred)
Knowledgeable in HSE compliance, emerging regulations, and trends
Experience with ISO Certifications
Strong influencing skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Experience undertaking site audits and inspection
Proficient in general computer software use – word, excel, PowerPoint
Lead auditor, strong investigative, analytical, planning and organizational skills
High level of initiative and demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement in advising senior managers and others on sensitive issues
Great tenacity and able to work in ambiguity and complex fast-paced environment required
Ideal for someone who is based in Waikato, but open to anyone based in Auckland so long as can travel frequently.
Full NZ driving license required

You’ll use your great understanding of MRP/ SAP and Kinaxis Rapid Response to coach and mentor your team and drive continuous process improvements in our scheduling process.
Ensure the schedule is reflecting an achievable plan based on capacity and material availability.
Understand and keep current master data fields related to scheduling and MRP.
Drive continuous improvement in our scheduling process by investigating new ways to use our tools and systems.
Be the champion for understanding plant capacity and capability and modeling this in Rapid Response.
Be the expert in how to use Rapid Response for Factory Planning and Scheduling.
Drive to identify and improve constraints to effectively meeting customer requirements.
You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or other relevant areas.
3-5 years hands on experience scheduling production in a manufacturing plant.
1-2 years of experience planning or scheduling in Rapid Response.
3-5 years of experience working hands on with MRP/ ERP systems (you must understand MRP and how to use it).
Near expert level proficiency in MS Excel.
We Value:
Working Knowledge of SAP and Kinaxis Rapid Response.
Great understanding of how Master Data works in an MRP system.
The ability to work independently.
People who like to solve problems and drive solutions.
Proficiency with Power BI and/or Tableau or the ability and desire to learn these.
Those who can work cross functionally across multiple time zones.
Those who can take large amounts of data, analyze that data and draw conclusions.
