You will play a critical role in managing and maintaining the documentation control process for our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of all documents, as well as implementing and maintaining document control procedures. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key in ensuring that our documentation is up to date and easily accessible to the relevant stakeholders.You will report directly to our Document Control Manager and you'll work out of our location on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will have a significant impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our document control process. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will be crucial in ensuring that our documentation is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible. By maintaining a well-organized and efficient document control system, you will contribute to the overall success of our organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Manage and maintain the document control process, including document creation, revision, and distribution.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of all documents.
• Implement and maintain document control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize documentation for various projects and initiatives.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the effectiveness of the document control process.
YOU MUST HAVE• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer.

Mechanical Engineer Level II
, equipment distribution, performs equipment selection, defines bill of materials and product models configurations, also performing materials ordering following project plans and schedules on medium and high complexity projects, under minimal supervision.
Performs mechanical design activities under the supervision of mechanical engineering lead or leads a Mechanical Project Engineering team in all types of projects sizes and complexities, efficiently, cost-effectively and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Also performs on-site commissioning ensuring equipment’s distribution within the building as well as appropriate flow of the process.

As an Advanced Systems Engineer – Fire Systems and AI here at Honeywell, you will provide expert-level technical leadership in the design and development of safety critical systems for commercial fire alarm products. YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
3+ years of experience in electrical engineering
Proven track record of successfully leading complex electrical engineering projects
Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and practices Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
Proficiency in MATLAB and Python. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with sensor signal conditioning, ADC’s, ASIC's and/or microcontrollers in products, circuits, and systems.
Experience with digital compensation techniques.
Experience in circuits and systems and laboratory instrumentation e.g. multi-meters, power supplies, oscilloscopes, and data acquisition hardware; GPIB control. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
WE VALUE
Highly skilled in C++, C, Lab VIEW and/or Visual Basic.

This person will be responsible for development and implementation of hardware and software for various

Major areas of responsibilities
• Supports IGS Project Engineering Organization and establishes professional relationships and communications with Managers, Program Managers, Operational leaders, Project Engineering discipline leaders and C&E team leaders, for project execution, special assignments, and key initiatives, as required.
• Ensure common methods, procedures, techniques, tools, and products, as established by the global Controls (SW & PLC) Engineering Teams, are being effectively applied and provide feedback for future improvement. Ensures talent acquisition, talent deployment, training plans & knowledge transfer within the controls engineering group and ensures processes & procedures are updated with lessons learned on regular basis.
• Provides day-to-day consultation, leadership, and direction to the Software & PLC engineering group of supervisors, leads and engineers. Supports/assigns Engineering supervisors to projects/initiatives and manages day-to-day resource conflicts. Also encourages by example and coaches, a highly professional approach to all other engineering activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize engineering processes, tools, and methodologies, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• Drives billability, project cost forecast accuracy, monitors engineering hours & financials to ensure projects assigned are completed within agreed engineering cost budget, any EAC changes due to engineering are logged in CORA and have been approved before the EAC variance is shown in the forecast.
• Ensures all deliverables are submitted on-time and within budget, to stakeholders and customers. Escalates internal/external risks and work closely with local Management, Supervisors and Leads for possible mitigation.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery or customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in software/PLC engineering, with a focus on project management and team leadership.
• Strong technical background and understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
• Experience in the Material Handling industry or a similar field is highly desirable.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
