You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you’ll work out of our Hyderabad location on a Hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for key B2B clients, managing relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • Revenue Growth & Retention : Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling within existing accounts while maintaining high retention rates.
  • Strategic Account Planning : Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, identifying key opportunities and aligning company solutions with client business goals.
  • Client Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Customer Success Advocacy : Collaborate with internal teams, including customer success and product development, to ensure clients receive optimal value from our software solutions.
  • Solution Selling : Present tailored solutions to meet client needs, positioning the company as a trusted partner in achieving their business objectives.
  • Contract Renewals & Negotiations : Lead contract renewal discussions, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client while maximizing revenue.
  • New Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing client base, including expanding into new departments or regions.
  • Client Engagement : Regularly engage with clients through face-to-face meetings, virtual consultations, and product demonstrations to keep them informed of new product features, upgrades, and industry trends.
  • Problem Resolution : Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address and resolve any issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Market & Industry Knowledge : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and strategic advice to clients.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting : Provide regular updates on account performance, sales forecasts, and pipeline management to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience : 10+ years of B2B Application field sales experience, with a strong background in account management within the software or technology sector and knowledge of life science vertical.
  • Track Record : Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a history of managing complex, multi-year enterprise deals.
  • Account Management Expertise : Strong experience managing large, enterprise-level accounts, with a focus on both client retention and growth.
  • Relationship Building : Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Solution Selling : Experience in consultative sales, with the ability to align software solutions with client business objectives.
  • Negotiation Skills : Demonstrated strength in contract negotiation and deal closure, with experience managing high-stakes, complex deals.
  • CRM Proficiency : Expert-level proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to track account performance and manage sales pipelines.
  • Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive audiences.
  • Strategic Thinking : Ability to craft and execute long-term strategies for account growth and customer success.
  • Team Leadership : Experience mentoring and guiding junior sales staff.

Engineer is expected to carry out preventive maintenance / corrective / emergencyPreventive Maintenance –Backup, Modification, Report Submission, Supervision of system
Cleaning of existing running system.
Corrective Maintenance – Restoring the system from any faults in the system
Shutdown Maintenance
Logistics Management – Individual should carry the material for restoring the problem atPC troubleshooting and NetworkingSpecial Tasks
Knowledge of DCS and PLC with a hands-on experience.
Matured skills in independent troubleshooting / problem resolution on these platforms.Should be able to plan site visits as per agreed SLAs and in line with the regional/central
revenue plan.Be available 24X7 for support during exigencies.
Executing Service projects and migrations
Possess fluent oral & written communications skills
Identify prospects, conduct pre-sales site assessment, and develop them into firm leads.to reduce their pain areas by pitching-in the right solution
Added advantage if knowledge of Honeywell System
Must be willing to serve and available to be deputed as Site Support Specialist (Resident support Engineer)
Other Mandatory Condition
1. Ready to work as a ‘Site Support Specialist ‘(Resident Support Engineer) 24X7, 365Mumbai and other sites of Maharashtra etc
2. Ready to work on ONGC Platforms (Offshore) for approx 45 Days per visit. Frequency
of visit to platform will be after every 30 days after coming from platform as per site3. Compensatory offs are not applicable.
4. 24 X 7 Support availability is mandatory.
5. Ready to work on other western region sites (Maharashtra, MP, Karnataka etc) as a
Service Engineer’ when not as Site Support Specialist (Resident Support Engineer).
6. Office Process should be followed timely and accurately.
7. Politeness and good communication skills are required during interactions.
8. Leave process and frequency should be followed as per the standard regional process.

As a Senior Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for providing technical expertise and overseeing gas meter installation field service operations. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you will work out of our designated location on an on-site work schedule. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our field service operations, the satisfaction of our customers, and the growth of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical expertise and oversee gas meter installation field service operations

• Guide and execute complex field service projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site

• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs

• Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers

• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in gas meter installation field service or a similar role
