ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Data Program Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and execution of data programs within the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of technical data programs from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of technical data. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of program requirements, plans, and progress. Generate reports and presentations for stakeholders to provide insights into program performance and outcomes.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget effectively, ensuring that any deviations are documented, evaluated, and approved by relevant stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the value delivered by technical data programs. Solicit feedback from stakeholders and incorporate lessons learned into future projects.

MUST HAVE

• Years of experience in focus area (3-5)
• Proficiency in data & project management tools and techniques, such as MS Excel, Project, Visio, others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solves Electrical and Instrumentation problems through design, redesign, application, and reliability centered maintenance techniques.
