In this role, you will support the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems. RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Emergency Support maintenance of customers for various Honeywell Quality Control Systems.
· Troubleshoot and solve system and process related problems.
· Perform sensor verification and calibration.
· Publish critical reporting to customers including Monthly Performance, Results Reports, Correction Action Reports.
· Actively interface with customers at all levels. Ensures customer satisfaction through oral and written communication.
· Ability of continual self-development and learning.
The annual base salary range for this position is $72,600 - $90,700. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. MUST HAVE:

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Ausarbeiten von Angeboten für Projekte der Gebäudeautomation
- Erarbeiten von technischen Lösungen und Leistungsverzeichnissen auf Basis von Funktionalausschreibungen für den Markt in Deutschland und Österreich
- Unternehmensweite und eigenständige Zusammenarbeit während der Angebotserstellung mit den beteiligten Disziplinen wie u.a. Vertrieb, Ausführung, Engineering, Contract Management, Supply
- Auswahl von Nachunternehmern und technische sowie kommerzielle Bewertung der Angebote
- Eigenständige Durchführung der Genehmigungsprozesse für die Angebotserstellung inklusive Erstellung der notwendigen Dokumentation
- Einarbeitung von neuen Kollegen soweit erforderlich
Ihr Profil:
- Studienabschluss im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich MSR-Technik und 5-8 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Mindestens 3-jährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Kalkulation / Vertriebsinnendienst / Project-Engineering, Sales-Engineering oder vergleichbar
- Fähigkeit Schemen und Datenpunktlisten auszuwerten und in ein Leistungsverzeichnis zu überführen
- Gute Fachkenntnisse der TGA, HLK und der MSR-Technik sowie Produktkenntnisse der gängigen MSR-Produkte
- Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen insbesondere MS-Excel
- Kenntnisse in GAEB erforderlich

Requirements:
