KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the design and implementation of various security systems and solutions for M&A activities, particularly acquisitions and divestitures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and ensure seamless integration of security measures during M&A transactions.
• Lead regular security and risk assessments and analyses for acquired businesses.
• Identify and prioritize risk mitigation and remediation strategies during M&A activities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during M&A activities.
• Contribute to comprehensive project plans, including timelines, execution and risk migration strategies, and milestones for M&A integration.
• Identify and address project risks and issues in a proactive manner during M&A transactions.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as cybersecurity, computer science, or another related field.
• 3+ years of experience in security or IT integration and project execution.
• Technical Expertise : Knowledge of various cybersecurity practices, such as penetration testing, attack surface identification, secure OT network design & implementation, vulnerability management, Incident response planning, and cloud security practices.
• Cybersecurity Knowledge : Understanding of key cybersecurity concepts and practices, including secure data transfers, advanced monitoring & incident response, and secure remote access.
• Communication Skills: Ability to interact with a broad group of internal stakeholders and external partners, providing support to deliver project goals and ensuring effective communication within the team.
• Experience with supporting M&A project planning and execution with a global project team.
• Experience with Physical Security, Product Security, resilience, and Industrial Security.
