• Responsible forthe daily operation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting oflaboratory instruments and equipment
• Developequipment usage standards, supervise operation procedures, and ensure thenormal operation of equipment
• Coordinate equipmentprocurement, acceptance, scrapping, and spare parts management to optimizeresource allocation
• Assist engineerfor drafting test plans, facility debugging, and technical validation
• Resolvetechnical issues during the test process, provide operational training andguidance
• Develop orimprove experimental methods to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure all work is carried out under Honeywell HSE policy
• Standardize test data recording to ensure traceability andcompleteness
• Analyze data and generate test reports
• Assist in interpreting test results and propose improvementsuggestions
• Draft laboratory standard operating procedures (SOP),technical documents, and operation manuals

•Screen the stat-of-art heating/cooling technologies across MAC industries;
•Identify, initiate and manage new projects for business growth by workingclosely with the commercial and technology teams and the MAC industry;
•Develop new refrigerant application solution bydesigning test rig and conducting system/components level performance test,seek for system/components/control level optimize directions and find technicaladvantages than NBAs;
•Good communication with OEMs, industry associations and relatedsuppliers on how to take advantage of the new refrigerants and avoid troubles in the application, support the newrefrigerant Go-to-market;

•On-site troubleshoot on refrigerant application issues.

•Master in Refrigeration and Cryogenics Engineering with 5+ years workingexperience
•OR Batchelor in Refrigeration and Cryogenics Engineering with 8+ years working
•OR PhD in Refrigeration and Cryogenics Engineering with 3+ years workingexperience
•Strong capability on EV thermal management system architecture designing/components developing/performance testing in known factories
•Project experience in EV OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers on new low GWPrefrigerants EV thermal management system developing, including R1234yf, R744,R290 and blends refrigerants
•Strong fast learning capability;
•Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-culturalglobal organization are essential;
•Virtues are required: Optimistic and positive; teamwork spirit;results-oriented; and ambitious to pursue challenging targets;
•Strong test and analysis experience will be a plus;
•Fluent in English speaking and writing.

Key Qualificationsand Skills:
