As ahere atHoneywell, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing contracts andSaaS billing processes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders,including sales, legal, and finance teams, to ensure accurate and timelybilling and compliance with contract terms. This role is crucial in ensuringsmooth financial operations and maintaining strong customer relationships.You will report directly to our Billing Manager, and you'll work out of ourSalem, Oregon location on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will impact the financial performance of the company byensuring accurate and timely billing, identifying billing discrepancies, andresolving billing issues. You will also play a key role in contract management,including reviewing and analyzing contract terms, ensuring compliance, andproviding support in contract negotiations.

• Analyze and review contracts to ensure billing is executed incompliance with terms and conditions

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the automation sector across Iraq.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their business goals.
  • Establish these relationships while engaging customers at all levels including senior levels of the customer organization.
  • Early engagement in the customer buying process diagnosing customers’ needs and tailoring solutions to match.
  • Manages the day to day and strategic: maintaining a balanced approach to superior customer service and strategic account planning.
  • Quarterly results and long-term account goals
  • Identifies new sales opportunities and focuses on providing consultative support by building value propositions for solutions into the account.
  • Manage and build customer contacts, serving as the customer’s ambassador, “trusted advisor” and advocate
  • Focal point for relationship strategies, account and sales plans, proposal strategies, contract negotiations, etc.
  • Drives sales campaign and LOB strategic initiatives

Plan for account growth in the long term

  • Industrial customers in the process industries including, technical buyers, economic buyers, executives. Customers at all levels in an organization including executive level decision makers
  • Pursue growth through regular face to face meetings and winning new customers to enlarge the assigned customer base
  • Frequent travel across the country is required to cover all the accounts (50% of the time)

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related.
  • Preferable Arabic speaking
  • At least 5 years’ experience in solution sales (automation industry).
  • Proven track record of success in the industry/business environment
  • Experience in building and maintaining relations at customers (different levels)
  • Experienced in complex sale, including early engagement in the customer buying cycle at senior levels, building long-term strategic and executive relationships, team selling and opportunity planning
  • Marketing and project management experience desirable
  • Demonstrate strategic leadership and authority
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Works well in the matrix and with the functional organization (country and business organizations)
  • Establish credibility and respect for self and Honeywell internally & externally
  • Disciplined, responsive and reliable when committing to actions

Use your project management and organizational skills to be responsible for managing various construction projects in the commercial and institutional sectors. You will hold a visible position and will need to interact effectively with clients, peers, and company management. Your projects will vary in scale and will therefore require a deep knowledge of the construction field, with a specific focus on building automation.

You will report directly to our Service Projects Leader and you'll work out of our Ottawa location on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY REPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage project schedules and budgets while ensuring that contractual requirements and technical specifications are met and aligned with client expectations.
  • Coordinate and proactively plan labor, material orders, and subcontractor installations.
  • Review all contractual documents related to the work.
  • Evaluate, manage, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Report on project progress to the project Director.
  • Assess subcontractor performance.
  • Prepare project completion documents and warranties.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing 5-star service, including offering advice and recommendations.
  • Must be able to travel within the province of Ontario as needed (approximately 10% of the time).

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • A completed college or university diploma in engineering or another relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in building automation and/or HVAC or in project management and/or site coordination within the commercial or industrial construction sector.
  • Intermediate level of bilingualism in French is required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to acquire Secret Federal Government clearances
