The position consists of 4 shifts a week on nights and weekends in our R&D Center in Petach Tikva.

Responsibilities include debugging complex technical issues, investigating logs, writing SQL queries and monitoring our services.

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal (mandatory).
• At least two years of academic studies remaining.
• Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with availability for at least three-night shifts per week (mandatory).
• Proven experience working with SQL and a solid understanding of programming languages (mandatory).
• Knowledge of network monitoring concepts and familiarity with relevant tools such as Coralogix, Grafana, Datadog, Postman, and Jira.
• Strong team player with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting Issues: Assist customers with resolving technical issues related to the Global-e integration.
• Providing Technical Assistance: Guide customers on how to use specific features or tools on the platform.
• Ticket Management: Track and resolve support tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.
• Bug Identification and Reporting: Identify, replicate, and report bugs to the relevant teams.
• Liaising with Developers: Work with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

• 1-2 years of experience as an application or technical support engineer.
• Excellent understanding of technical support methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness and ability to deep dive into the problem and find the root cause.
• Ability to multitask and handle various priorities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Experience with debugging tools and analyzing logs
• Experience with Atlassian, Zendesk, SharePoint – advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases are a must.

As a Implementation Engineer. you will fill in the essential role of providing technical assistance to the Project manager in successfully launching new clients and day to day management of our ever-growing client base. In addition, you will be working closely with the Customer success and other teams in Global-e and supporting live client’s activities.

The responsibilities will include:

• Be an expert of the system settings for all the Account managers, Projects, Integrations, and OPS teams.
• Working with cross-functional teams and related stakeholders in providing resolutions.
• Assisting Leader(s) in driving project delivery, identify and address project technical risks/issues. You will be required to work independently on activities end to end, including pushing for cooperation with other teams, and escalating when required.
• Performing other ad-hoc duties to support project delivery.

Database Knowledge:

• SQL Table Design: understanding structure of SQL tables and configure to meet business and code requirements.
• SQL Querying: Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries to test table configurations and ensure the system performs as expected.

Business Logic

• Ability to translate business requirements and rules into correct and efficient database.
• Troubleshooting and debugging – Ability to troubleshoot and debugging issues via Logs, Errors and DB configurations.
• Experienced in working with APIs and JSON payloads.
• Familiarity with E-Commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, Salesforce etc. – an advantage.
• Technical Background or Orientation (such as coding skills) – a plus

• Update K8S cluster
• Building and managing our infrastructure

• At least 4 years of experience as a DevOps engineer (Infrastructure knowledge – must)
• Deep knowledge in AWS (RDS, infrastructure, lambda, S3, VPC, CloudWatch, etc…)
• At least 3 years of practical experience with K8S – in particular EKS – Must
• Experience with Network Infrastructure, Linux, Firewall, DNS, CDN tools
• Experience with Ansible / terraform
• DB knowledge: SQL, RDS
• Coding skills: Python PowerShell , Ansible, Shell, Groovy
