  • Develop and enhance online dashboard for Base cost such as FPC (fixed production cost) and SG&A (sales and general admin) by Costline to uplift margins for each Region Service

  • Financial data management and quality improvement for developing dashboard such as data hygiene of account and cost center usage

  • Other ad hoc analysis to uplift margins

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Undergraduate majoring in degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics

  • Strong analytical skills : ability to link operational performance drivers to financial results, to identify levers that drive profitability.

  • Strong communication skills : clear and concise written and communication to influence stakeholders.

  • Strong PC skills : experience with financial systems/ applications such as OAS, Hyperion, Power BI etc. Strong Excel skills in data compilations and aggregation (pivot tables, vlookup, sumifs, index match etc.)

Job Description Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Power electronics product design & development with compliance of GE product development process
  • Power supply, Power distribution unit, and on-board power supply design, cost reduction design and verification
  • Hardware circuit and modules design according to system specifications
  • Responsible for ensuring the quality of the design
  • Design verification and validation implementation, responsible for defining the plan and execution
  • Electrical component localization & verification
  • Technical support to other department

Required Qualifications:

  • BS in electrical engineering, automation engineering, power electronics major preferred, MS is desired.
  • Minimum 3 years experiences on electronics R&D in healthcare, automation, or other power electronics industry.
  • Familiar with some of the areas: popular power conversion topologies, controls and loop stability analysis, EMI suppression methods, power switching devices, magnetic components, analog and digital circuits and devices.
  • Strong capability to build prototypes, experimentation on systems, and bench testing
  • Familiar with multi layers PWB / PWA layout, knows either one of these tools: Cadence / OrCAD / Protel, etc
  • Basic knowledge of EMC/EMI, CCC, UL, RoHS
  • Technology passion with also project driving interest
  • Good Communications with proficient written and spoken English.

As a customer facing staff, you will be responsible for winning business Operates with some autonomy but typically subject to standard sales practices and procedures. The role is subject to regular review of sales results. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance. May be responsible for medium-sized sales territories.

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Achieve sales, orders and margin targets for GE Healthcare sales in assigned strategic accounts, via Direct or Indirect channels

• Analyze accounts to develop a business plan and strategy that creates new business opportunities for all GE Healthcare products & services. Drive marketing programs at the account level.

• Lead and leverage the entire commercial or functional Team across sales, modality and service to provide the necessary technical, clinical and business content to customers as needed

• Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the business of the assigned accounts/channels, including customers’ key initiatives and priorities, and keep GE Healthcare Commercial leaders informed and appropriately involved

• Develop & implement Go–to-Market plans to achieve results through effective project proposals, negotiations, and contracts. Grow GE’s share of customer investments in capital and operational expenditures.

• Establish and enhance relationships at CXO level with account headquarters through responsive resolution of issues and addressing customer needs by integrating all appropriate GE Healthcare resources. Build long term strategic alliance with the portfolio of accounts to continue to add value.

• Manage strategic accounts identified with creative solution selling and market business development.

• Drive seamless wing to wing execution on projects to deliver sales through linearity prediction, incorporating stakeholder management and KPI deliverables.

• Stay current on knowledge of healthcare market dynamics and trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of consultative sales experience including strategic selling and negotiation
• Previous experience in the Healthcare industry and/or commercial sales
• Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing skills
• Strong relationship building skills
• Outstanding influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels
• Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work well within a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
