As an HR Associate, you will be responsible for processing HR-related changes in the HR System, creating documentation and keeping an eye on employee satisfaction. Our customers can reach out to us via phone, chat and the HR Portal, so you will be able to use your German and English knowledge.

We're seeking a detail-oriented Knowledge Management Specialist to maintain and optimize our employee HR portal that serves our diverse workforce of 180,000+ employees. In this critical role, you'll ensure that information is accurate, accessible, and relevant for all employee types across our organization, including full-time, part-time, salaried, and hourly workers.
