Flywire's Travel business is on a rapid growth trajectory, and we're looking for a pioneering to be a foundational member of our new Sertifi EMEA team. What You'll Do: Build, Advise, and Drive Impact

  • Fuel growth: Work hand-in-hand with our enterprise team to ensure clients meet their objectives. Your insights will be crucial in regular business reviews, driving client satisfaction, and fueling retention and growth.

  • Champion the client: Serve as the vital link between our clients and our internal teams (Sales, Product, and Engineering). You'll actively manage interactions via Salesforce, ChurnZero, and Zendesk, providing clear, actionable insights that help us continuously improve and innovate.

What We're Looking For: Your Profile for Success

We're seeking a passionate and ambitious individual with a unique blend of hospitality industry expertise and SaaS implementation experience.

  • Experience: You have 3–5 years of experience in customer success or implementation within a SaaS environment and 2–3 years of deep experience in the hospitality industry.

  • Strategic acumen: A proven track record of managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts, preferably in hospitality or travel tech.

  • Technical know-how: Strong knowledge of Salesforce and customer success software (e.g., ChurnZero).

  • Leadership and communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage audiences from end-users to C-level executives. You have a proven ability to independently manage complex deployments and drive client outcomes.

  • A "plus": Fluency in additional EMEA languages is a great asset for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you'll drive delivery excellence for our clients and internal stakeholders. You'll provide essential support for existing client integrations and partner with the wider implementation team, Sales, and Relationship Management to ensure a smooth, seamless onboarding experience for all Flywire payment solutions.

  • Provide first-line support for customers during project implementation as well as existing client configurations for any solution-based queries. Provide front-line support to customers for solution-based queries during project implementation, acting as the first point of contact, and for existing client configurations, including triaging incoming support tickets.
  • Consult clients on how to implement Flywire’s cross border products, ensuring a smooth customer experience by matching the products and Integrations to client needs
  • Integrate and deploy Cross Border payment portals for clients within the agreed timelines
  • Maintain the integrity of CRM data for clients and their configurations
  • Explore possible efficiencies within the implementation process and establish best practices in client configuration and project execution
  • Support in the creation of resources/documentation to benefit the client on-boarding experience
  • As needed, support fellow Technical Implementation Managers and Senior Technical Implementation Managers with any/all aspects of a client implementation
  • Play a role in fostering an ever improving culture and customer experience continuously

FlyMate Skills and Qualifications we’re looking for:

  • Fluency in English required - proficiency in additional languages a plus (but not required).
  • 2+ years of professional experience with Higher Education such as Business Office, Cashiering, Financial Aid, or Reconciliation processes or experience in Fintech, Technology or Consulting companies.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Javascript, Liquid, or SQL) and an understanding of APIs and webhooks for integrations.

Also provide a feedback loop for The Client, by gathering merchant’s feedback, evaluating the evolution of merchant needs, and communicating these to product and management personnel.

  • Execution and results oriented - A strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and the ability to lead and manage time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

The Opportunity:

We, at Flywire, are looking for a forward-thinking, motivated, and hardworking
Client Success Specialist to help with the delivery and execution of our solution to our new and existing DMCs and luxury accommodations in the EMEA region. The Flymate will need to be fluent in English and at least one other European language. This individual should be a phenomenal teammate, interested in building a new business unit, and be motivated by success.

The Client Success Specialist will work with the Travel Sales team and management in the execution of strategies and tactics designed to increase growth of the our current client base, improve client retention, upsell to increase revenue, identify opportunities for improvement, provide accurate and timely issue resolution and assure clients utilize Flywire’s Payment Solution. This includes:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships and communication within existing Travel business client accounts
  • Creating the ideal strategy for each Travel business client to maximize money moved and increasing revenue through up-selling
  • Providing clients with analytics and additional reporting mechanisms
  • Working with existing business team to build out standard methodologies for client on-boarding
  • Strategic Consultation - Become a payment expert for our merchants, delivering expertise, education, leadership and guidance to merchants on their global payments strategy. Also provide a feedback loop for The Client, by gathering merchant’s feedback, evaluating the evolution of merchant needs, and communicating these to product and management personnel.
  • Developing and maintaining a current knowledge and understanding of all services provided by Flywire and maintaining, at all times, a professional and ethical relationship with Travel clients when representing Flywire
  • Execution and results oriented - A strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and the ability to lead and manage time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of relationship management, account management experience or similar role
  • Fluent in English and at least one other European language
  • Experience in inside sales, handling customer objections and leading customer relationships
  • Proven track record of strengthening and growing new and existing client relationships

What You'll Do: Build, Advise, and Drive Impact

  • Be a strategic partner: Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for our enterprise clients across EMEA, deploying powerful solutions like eAuthorize, eSignature, and SertifiPay. You will be a hands-on expert who sets our clients up for success.

  • Architect workflows: Deliver high-impact training and craft custom workflows that make our clients' processes more efficient and effective. You'll provide a white-glove onboarding experience that sets the standard for client support in the region.

  • Fuel growth: Work hand-in-hand with our enterprise team to ensure clients meet their objectives. Your insights will be crucial in regular business reviews, driving client satisfaction, and fueling retention and growth.

What We're Looking For: Your Profile for Success

We're seeking a passionate and ambitious individual with a unique blend of hospitality industry expertise and SaaS implementation experience.

  • Experience: You have 3–5 years of experience in customer success or implementation within a SaaS environment and 2–3 years of deep experience in the hospitality industry.

  • Strategic acumen: A proven track record of managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts, preferably in hospitality or travel tech.

  • Technical know-how: Strong knowledge of Salesforce and customer success software (e.g., ChurnZero).

  • Leadership and communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage audiences from end-users to C-level executives. You have a proven ability to independently manage complex deployments and drive client outcomes.
