The Opportunity:

As a Client Success Specialist, you will partner closely with the Travel Sales team and Client Success management to:

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in relationship management , account management , or a similar client-facing role.
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English are essential, as the role requires effective communication with clients and stakeholders in Japanese within a professional business environment.
  • Experience in inside sales , handling customer objections, and managing long-term client relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal , analytical , and planning skills.
  • Knowledge of the Japanese payments landscape (a plus).
  • Familiarity with Smartsheets , Salesforce , Looker , and Zendesk (a plus).
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time .

The Opportunity:

We, at Flywire, are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Relationship Manager (RM) to work with our existing portfolio of Education Clients in Singapore and Malaysia – to build stronger client relationships, drive revenue and utilisation through marketing, training, and integration of Flywire solutions.

Reporting directly to the Director of Client Relationship Management APAC, you will work closely with the Sales and RM teams to execute strategies designed to drive growth, uncover new business potential, increase revenue, provide accurate issue resolution and assure clients and their students have the best payment experience and support in the industry. Overall job tasks would include:

  • Drive Revenue by building long term relationships with senior and operational stakeholders, understanding their strategies and goals. Perform Onboarding, Marketing, Training, and support activities to maximise growth and deliver additional revenue through up-sell and value-added services.
  • Lead Integration projects alongside solutions teams to provide technical solutions and processes for clients to embrace and adopt.
  • Create strategic account plans for each client and groups of clients to maximise utilisation, growth and revenue. Manage all commercial activities - Internal reporting, contract renewals, pricing negotiations and new product expansion.
  • Become the established internal expert which corresponds with your account portfolio and market, with relevant payment products and potential competitors to develop and refine products and operations.
  • Collaborate across departments and timezones with legal, compliance, product development and vertical teams to solution and solve client payment problems.

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in International business development, account management or client success. Ideally strong experience in International Higher Education, Education Management.
  • A dynamic self starter with the ability to work alone, as well as part of a team in a fast-moving environment. Takes initiative, willing to engage internally and externally.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Korean, Japanese, and/or Malay is desirable for this position, as it entails managing clientele in the APAC region.
  • Strong problem solving and project management skills with attention to detail, time management and analytical skills. Familiar with online cloud business applications including Salesforce, Slack, Google, Zoom and Microsoft.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing, Management or equivalent.

Strategic Sales Manager – APAC (Sertifi by Flywire)

Flywire’s Travel business has aggressive growth plans and is seeking a
self-starter with a hunter mindset to join as our Strategic Sales Manager. This role is ideal for a highly driven sales professional who thrives on independence, takes initiative without waiting for direction, and has the confidence to pursue new opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and strategic outreach.

This individual will be responsible for driving new business growth across the APAC region while also managing and expanding relationships with existing Sertifi by Flywire customers. You’ll be expected to identify opportunities, generate leads, create compelling value propositions, and close deals that contribute directly to the team’s annual revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy and territory plan to drive new business across APAC, with a strong emphasis on outbound prospecting, cold calling, and pipeline generation.
  • Contribute to the team’s MRR Annual Quota by closing opportunities directly sold by you, with a goal of $12–15K in year one.
  • Identify, research, and qualify prospective enterprise accounts in the travel and hospitality sector.
  • Manage relationships with existing customers to drive upsell opportunities, renewals, and overall account growth.
  • Build credibility and trust with decision-makers by demonstrating an expert understanding of Sertifi by Flywire’s Agreement Platform and add-on products.
  • Deliver compelling, solution-oriented presentations that position our products as essential to customers’ strategic needs.
  • Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in Salesforce.com, providing clear forecasting to leadership.
  • Keep current with hospitality and travel industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
  • Represent Sertifi by Flywire at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as needed.

Here's what we are looking for:

  • 1–3 years of consultative software sales experience, with a proven track record in hitting or exceeding quotas .
  • Direct experience with outbound sales (cold calling, cold emailing, and prospecting into enterprise accounts).
  • Background in the hospitality or travel industry preferred.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling value-based pitches.
  • Experience using Salesforce and MS Office.

  • Fluency in Korean, Japanese, and/or Malay is desirable for this position, as it entails managing clientele in the APAC region.

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing, Management or equivalent.

The Opportunity:

At Flywire, we’re looking for a forward-thinking, motivated, and results-driven Client Success Specialist to deliver and execute our solutions for new and existing travel clients across the APAC region, with a strong focus on Japan.

We want someone who is a , fluent in both
English and Japanese , and passionate about helping clients achieve success. This role combines relationship management, strategic consulting, and execution excellence to grow our client base, improve retention, and increase revenue.

As a Client Success Specialist, you will partner closely with the Travel Sales team and Client Success management to:

  • Drive client growth , retention, and utilization of the Flywire International Payment Solution.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and process improvement.
  • Provide accurate and timely issue resolution .
  • Become a trusted advisor to clients, supporting their payment strategies and long-term success.
  • Build & Maintain Relationships – Develop strong communication and trust with key travel client accounts.
  • Create Client Strategies – Tailor approaches to maximize transactions and revenue.
  • Deliver Insights – Provide analytics, reporting, and business reviews (quarterly/bi-annual) to showcase value and identify growth opportunities.
  • Enhance Onboarding – Work with the business team to standardize and improve client onboarding processes.
  • Strategic Consultation – Act as a payments expert for merchants, offering education, guidance, and leadership on global payment strategies.
  • Feedback Loop – Gather client feedback, track evolving needs, and share insights with product and management teams.
  • Stay Informed – Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Flywire services and represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
  • Execute with Impact – Lead time-sensitive, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in relationship management , account management , or a similar client-facing role.
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English are essential, as the role requires effective communication with clients and stakeholders in Japanese within a professional business environment.
  • Experience in inside sales , handling customer objections, and managing long-term client relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal , analytical , and planning skills.
  • Knowledge of the Japanese payments landscape (a plus).
  • Familiarity with Smartsheets , Salesforce , Looker , and Zendesk (a plus).
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time .
