The Opportunity:

At Flywire, we’re looking for a forward-thinking, motivated, and results-driven Client Success Specialist to deliver and execute our solutions for new and existing travel clients across the APAC region, with a strong focus on Japan.

We want someone who is a , fluent in both
English and Japanese , and passionate about helping clients achieve success. This role combines relationship management, strategic consulting, and execution excellence to grow our client base, improve retention, and increase revenue.

As a Client Success Specialist, you will partner closely with the Travel Sales team and Client Success management to:

  • Drive client growth , retention, and utilization of the Flywire International Payment Solution.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and process improvement.
  • Provide accurate and timely issue resolution .
  • Become a trusted advisor to clients, supporting their payment strategies and long-term success.
  • Build & Maintain Relationships – Develop strong communication and trust with key travel client accounts.
  • Create Client Strategies – Tailor approaches to maximize transactions and revenue.
  • Deliver Insights – Provide analytics, reporting, and business reviews (quarterly/bi-annual) to showcase value and identify growth opportunities.
  • Enhance Onboarding – Work with the business team to standardize and improve client onboarding processes.
  • Strategic Consultation – Act as a payments expert for merchants, offering education, guidance, and leadership on global payment strategies.
  • Feedback Loop – Gather client feedback, track evolving needs, and share insights with product and management teams.
  • Stay Informed – Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Flywire services and represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
  • Execute with Impact – Lead time-sensitive, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in relationship management , account management , or a similar client-facing role.
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English are essential, as the role requires effective communication with clients and stakeholders in Japanese within a professional business environment.
  • Experience in inside sales , handling customer objections, and managing long-term client relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal , analytical , and planning skills.
  • Knowledge of the Japanese payments landscape (a plus).
  • Familiarity with Smartsheets , Salesforce , Looker , and Zendesk (a plus).
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time .

We at Flywire are looking for a to support our team in the Asia Pacific region. This is an entry-level role, and we are open to fresh graduates who are motivated, collaborative, and eager to build a career in the Legal and Compliance function of a fast-paced, global company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and negotiate various legal documents, including agreements, memoranda, policies, and related materials.
  • Develop and deliver internal training sessions focused on legal agreement negotiations.
  • Manage company secretarial matters for APAC entities, including coordinating with external vendors to establish and maintain entities, ensuring timely regulatory filings, and drafting and executing board resolutions.
  • Maintain internal documentation, including APAC-specific policies, procedures, and file management systems.
  • Serve as the secretary for the APAC Business Steering Committee, including organizing meetings and recording minutes.
  • Support licensing and compliance activities, such as preparing regulatory applications, handling partner queries and audits, developing training materials, reviewing regulatory notices and circulars, and overseeing KYC refresh processes.
  • Provide assistance to Legal and Compliance team members on various tasks and cross-functional projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is important, as these tools are essential for daily tasks and collaboration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and time-sensitive documents in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and contribute positively in a dynamic workplace.
  • Basic knowledge of Japanese would be an advantage, as some documents may be in Japanese.

We at Flywire are looking for a to support our team in the Asia Pacific region. This is an entry-level role, and we are open to fresh graduates who are motivated, collaborative, and eager to build a career in the Legal and Compliance function of a fast-paced, global company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and negotiate various legal documents, including agreements, memoranda, policies, and related materials.
  • Develop and deliver internal training sessions focused on legal agreement negotiations.
  • Manage company secretarial matters for APAC entities, including coordinating with external vendors to establish and maintain entities, ensuring timely regulatory filings, and drafting and executing board resolutions.
  • Maintain internal documentation, including APAC-specific policies, procedures, and file management systems.
  • Serve as the secretary for the APAC Business Steering Committee, including organizing meetings and recording minutes.
  • Support licensing and compliance activities, such as preparing regulatory applications, handling partner queries and audits, developing training materials, reviewing regulatory notices and circulars, and overseeing KYC refresh processes.
  • Provide assistance to Legal and Compliance team members on various tasks and cross-functional projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is important, as these tools are essential for daily tasks and collaboration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and time-sensitive documents in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and contribute positively in a dynamic workplace.
  • Basic knowledge of Japanese would be an advantage, as some documents may be in Japanese.

The Opportunity:

At Flywire, we’re looking for a forward-thinking, motivated, and results-driven Client Success Specialist to deliver and execute our solutions for new and existing travel clients across the APAC region, with a strong focus on Japan.

We want someone who is a , fluent in both
English and Japanese , and passionate about helping clients achieve success. This role combines relationship management, strategic consulting, and execution excellence to grow our client base, improve retention, and increase revenue.

As a Client Success Specialist, you will partner closely with the Travel Sales team and Client Success management to:

  • Drive client growth , retention, and utilization of the Flywire International Payment Solution.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and process improvement.
  • Provide accurate and timely issue resolution .
  • Become a trusted advisor to clients, supporting their payment strategies and long-term success.
  • Build & Maintain Relationships – Develop strong communication and trust with key travel client accounts.
  • Create Client Strategies – Tailor approaches to maximize transactions and revenue.
  • Deliver Insights – Provide analytics, reporting, and business reviews (quarterly/bi-annual) to showcase value and identify growth opportunities.
  • Enhance Onboarding – Work with the business team to standardize and improve client onboarding processes.
  • Strategic Consultation – Act as a payments expert for merchants, offering education, guidance, and leadership on global payment strategies.
  • Feedback Loop – Gather client feedback, track evolving needs, and share insights with product and management teams.
  • Stay Informed – Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Flywire services and represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
  • Execute with Impact – Lead time-sensitive, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in relationship management , account management , or a similar client-facing role.
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English are essential, as the role requires effective communication with clients and stakeholders in Japanese within a professional business environment.
  • Experience in inside sales , handling customer objections, and managing long-term client relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal , analytical , and planning skills.
  • Knowledge of the Japanese payments landscape (a plus).
  • Familiarity with Smartsheets , Salesforce , Looker , and Zendesk (a plus).
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time .
