Summary:

This role will be In charge of helping materials and production functions. Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.

:

• Contact and building partnership with key Customer
• Ongoing communication with other departments that influence the course and execution of the production plan
• Shipment plan preparation
• Control of order fulfillment priority
• Data administration in BaaN and customer systems
• Reports maintenance, for internal and external information

we are looking to add to the team:

• Some years of relevant work experience in materials planning
• Fluent Polish and at least intermediate English language knowledge
• Good Computer (Outlook, MS Excel) & analytical plus problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Responsibility, punctuality
• Good interpersonal skills
• Eligibility to work in Poland

What a typical day looks like:

• Processing the forecast,
• Analysis of material demand, monitoring material availability and preparing reports for other departments connected with material availability,
• Management of basic material data (collection, update, control and implementation)
• Production plan analysis based on material availability,
• Communicate with the customer day to day basis
• Preparing reports connected with PO actions, PO placement, and material availability.
• Liaison with other departments

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, or supply chain field
• 1 – 2 years relevant experience
• Strong Excel skills & good eye for details to ensure data accuracy
• Good Polish & at least Intermediate level verbal and written communication skills in English
• Creative, team player, innovative mind mixed with analytical thinking
• Eligibility to work in Poland (EU)
