What a typical day looks like:

• Through troubleshooting, identifies machine malfunctions and isolates the failure mechanism and implement containment and corrective actions to avoid recurrency.
• Responsible for equipment installation validations IQ (creation of Protocols, PM, EM, execution and reports)
• Maintenance cost monitoring and const reduction project implementation
• Ensure the execution of preventive maintenance at specified intervals and schedules.
• Assists process technicians and engineers with the installation and removal of process equipment.
• Create troubleshooting guides
• Provides daily equipment functioning activity information and KPIs tracking
• Assign work to the maintenance technicians to ensure optimal team performance
• Immediately detect equipment failures.
• Detect equipment obsolescence, propose, and implement replacements to maintain business continuity
• Keep managers informed of the status of the KOIs
• Organize teams or single-person teams to ensure 24-hour coverage availability.
• Work on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, vision systems, robots, PLCs, chillers, etc.
