הנה קצת דוגמאות למשימות שתעשה/י:

• איתור ספקים ויצרנים, סגירת חוזים, ניהול משא ומתן שוטף.
• חיפוש מקורות אספקה נוספים בארץ ובעולם.
• תמחור פרויקטים חדשים משלב ראשוני.
• הכנת חוזים מול ספקים ויצרנים.

הניסיון שאנחנו מבקשים:

• השכלה אקדמאית או הנדסאות תעו"ן/אלק’- יתרון משמעותי.
• ניסיון כקניין.ית רכש רכיבי אלק’, הכרת תהליכי ייצור, ניסיון בניהול מו"מ עם ספקים בארץ ובחו"ל והכרת שוק הרכיבים בתחום זה.
• הבנה טובה והכרת עם רכיבי אלקטרוניקה ידע בקריאה של דפי נתונים.
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה (כתיבה, קריאה ודיבור) שליטה טובה באקסל, עדיפות לניסיון עם מערכות ERP .
• אסרטיביות, יכולת ניהול מו"מ, עבודת צוות, ראייה מערכתית, יחסי אנוש מצוינים.
• דקדקנות ויסודיות, יחסי אנוש מצוינים, נכונות לעבודה דינמית ואינטנסיבית תחת לחץ, תודעת שרות גבוהה, יכולת עבודה עצמאית וכחלק מצוות, אסרטיביות גבוהה.

במסגרת התפקיד אחריות ניהולית על ניהול איכות הספקים בחברה, ניהול צוות מובילי ומהנדסי איכות ספקים. המנהל/ת יהיה/תהיה אחראי/ת לניהול איכות ספקים בתיאום עם מחלקת הרכש, הנדסת איכות וייצור, ולוודא עמידה בדרישות האיכות והרגולציה. התפקיד דורש ניסיון בניהול איכות ספקים, יכולת קריאת שרטוטים טכניים, והבנה מעמיקה של טכנולוגיות ייצור שונות.

הנה כמה מהניסיון המועדף עלינו:

- ניסיון קונקרטי של לפחות 3-5 שנים בניהול איכות ספקים.
- ניסיון בניהול צוותים והובלת פעילויות איכות ספקים.
- ידע בקריאת שרטוטים טכניים והבנה של מפרטים טכנולוגיים.
- היכרות עם טכנולוגיות ייצור שונות: פלסטיקה, זיווד, עיבוד שבבי, PCB, כבילה.
- ניסיון בניהול פעילויות ביקורת איכות וביצוע פעולות מתקנות.
- יכולת גבוהה בניתוח בעיות, פתרון בעיות ועבודה בצוות.
- יכולת תקשורת מצוינת בכתב ובע"פ עם ספקים וגורמים פנימיים.
- שליטה ביישומי מחשב (Office, ERP ).
