What a typical day looks like:

• Gain a wealth of experience in a wide range of electrical and mechanical engineering disciplines and beyond with structured mentoring from more experienced team members;
• Complete necessary completion certificates for handover to client and carry out witness testing and associated documentation as required;
• You report daily to the Site Service Manager and are involved during all the installation processes of Anord Mardix Switchgear Solutions at customer sites;
• Frequent travel mostly in the Frankfurt am Main area and Germany.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• A qualified electrician, with proven knowledge and ideally commercial installations experience in LV Switchgear would give be an advantage;
• Comfortable for the entire installation process through testing up to the commissioning of the full Switchgear installation and maintenance activities;
• Ideally, we are looking for an experienced allrounder who can also do some fault analysis & wiring; if you have any certifications and qualification, that´s a plus;
• Ability for on-call duty during evenings and weekends;
• Car driving lisence, valid for EU; Ability to work & travel within EU;
• English language skills, German nice to have.

Reporting to theHealth & Safety Advisor´srole will oversee that all health and safety protocols are adhered to during construction and operations. In addition, the H&S Advisor will oversee risk management, implement safety measures, and ensure compliance with regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible for planning, managing and completion of the Health and Safety Inspection;
• Publish and Review RAMS to maintain Risk Management within site operations;
• Conducting and participating in the Auditing Process for site operations, including manufacturing and client-based installation sites, to ensure compliance to requirements;
• Communicate & Maintain Organisational Policies and Metrics pertaining to site works;
• Proactively work with operational teams to ensure that HSE is considered at all stages and that relevant control measures are identified;
• Promoting ownership and positive HSE culture;
• Monitoring and Measuring HSE objectives and targets in-line with internal metrics;
• Compliance Assurance in line with client, legislation, and best practices;
• Identify health and safety related risks and issues across Anord Mardix sites and assist in the design and arrangements necessary for the remedial actions;
• Contribute in reporting or resolving incidents, near misses and accidents vis internal reporting systems;
• Managing, mentoring, and coaching Site Services Team to H&S requirements and norms;
• Ability to travel across sites in Germany and Europe.

• NEBOSH National Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety OR Master in Health and Safety OR Technician with additional qualifications as an occupational safety specialist/ officer(Sicherheitsfachkraft);
• A minimum of 3 years´ relevant work experience in a Health & Safety role within a data center and /or construction site role;
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills;
• Extensive knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, ISO 45001, relevant Standards and other relevant legislation as well asISO 14001– would be preferred;
• Experience with Audits and RAMS on construction sites;
• Car driving licence valid for EU;
• Fluent English and German knowledge both in written and spoken form.
