Meta seeks a Product Marketing Manager to drive adoption and growth of our products. You must have experience closely partnering with product and sales leaders on successful product revenue and product adoption programs, and distill market insights that influence product roadmap.
Product Marketing Manager Responsibilities
- Play a primary role in rolling out holistic product strategy for large and small businesses
- Develop detailed go-to-market strategies and communications
- Create semi-annual product and solutions focused plans to drive revenue growth
- Create and activate vertical-level programs to drive solution adoption and growth for focus industries
- Gather and synthesize market feedback into market intelligence that informs product roadmap
- Manage key vertical processes to bring sales and product together such as regional forums and market feedback processes
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business strategy, product marketing, product management or marketing
- Set priorities, problem solve, multi-task and work independently
- Understanding of our product suite, the industry, global nuances, and client objectives
- Desire to solve complex problems with data
- Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment
- Communication and presentation skills
- Track record of influencing behaviour at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers
Preferred Qualifications
- Track record of influencing behaviour at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers
- Contribute at strategic and tactical levels

Business Communications Manager, WhatsApp - Latin America Responsibilities
- Manage data-driven and measurable communications on business messaging relevant topics across Latin America, both via media relations and social channels.
- Help design and deliver communications campaigns, working with owned, paid and creator channels, supporting Meta's strategic objectives, linked to clear goals and metrics.
- Work cross-functionally and be an influential voice with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Marketing, as well as the global Communications team.
- Counsel internal stakeholders on media engagement strategy and social channels.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in communications for a technology company, B2B enterprise, or agency.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations or equivalent experience.
- Experience distilling business concepts into plain language for non-expert audiences.
- Experience creating messaging materials, and partnering collaboratively with third-parties.
- Experience in media relations and social channels.
- Experience in reactive and crisis communications.
- Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on media campaigns with global teams.
- Experience working on enterprise and business-to-business narratives.
- Experience balancing multiple competing priorities, with flexibility to pivot/reprioritize quickly as needs arise.
- Demonstrated track record of success to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with proven judgment and negotiation skills.
- Basic working proficiency in Spanish.
