Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects (physical and virtual), assessing engagement risks and opportunities, driving the right outcomes for our clients

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• An accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent
• Financial Reporting and/or an Assurance/audit background
• Extensive experience working in assurance, consulting or transformational roles within Big 4, Consulting firms, and/or industry
• Experience in one or more of the below:

• • Accounting, Finance and Reporting related processes gained through Big 4, Consulting or industry environment e.g.,:

• • Record-to-Report (R2R), Financial & Non-financial Reporting

Client Management and Business Development:

• Develop/maintain productive relationships with client management including C Suite executives.

The UK Financial Services Transaction Diligence team at EY currently has exciting opportunities. You'll work with a high-performing, integrated team which focuses on a variety of high profile IPOs and transactions. Role responsibilities

In your role as an Assistant Director you will have responsibility for understanding the key business drivers, co-developing our approach with the client, agreeing value measurements with the client, providing value to the client through insights, factual conclusions and advice.
