Your key responsibilities

  • You will have already achieved outstanding professional success and are a seasoned senior consulting professional with experience:
  • Delivering solutions across EY's service offerings, which could include operating model design, organization design, change management, culture transformation, strategic workforce planning, cost optimization
  • Developing and delivering change management and training strategies and programs in a wide variety of contexts including transformational change programs
  • Working with senior leadership to create alignment in order to support program success
  • Developing holistic change management strategies that succinctly articulate how change will be managed in the context of a transformation program
  • Identifying and deploying leading edge communication and stakeholder engagement tools and techniques
  • Delivering programs that support agile / iterative transformation
  • Leading and developing more junior resources
  • Flexibility and ability to travel

Skills and attributes for success

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex change concepts.
  • Lead client engagement teams and work with a wide variety of clients to deliver quality professional services.
  • Develop and successfully manage to project budget.
  • Deliver quality services.
  • Value and model excellent client service by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve high quality deliverables and within expected timeframes.
  • Monitor progress, manage risk and confirm key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management.
  • Focus on deliverables and client business priorities.
  • Manage expectations of service.
  • Understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers and business trends.

  • Have a passion and understanding for on of the following Industries (Public Sector, TMT and Consumer) and recognize key performance drivers and business trends.
  • Generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify and deliver new business opportunities, including supporting RFP responses and client proposals.
  • Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients.
  • Develop long-term client relationships and networks.
  • Develop relationships with other EY team members across all practices to serve client needs.
  • Project management experience
  • Experience managing staff on multiple projects and providing direction to team members
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
  • High level of motivation and a self-starting attitude
  • Ability to think outside of the box, thrive on new challenges
  • Strong work ethic
  • Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines

To qualify for the role you must have

  • A degree and/or Master's degree with an emphasis in Business, Human Resources, Psychology
  • Approximately 8-10 years of related professional services /  external consulting work experience
  • Experience in the following areas: Change Management, Stakeholder Management, Communications, Organizational Design, Training, and Culture change
  • Experience in at least one of Public Sector, TMT and Consumer

Your key responsibilities

  • Act as central point of contact – liaise with your international clients and colleagues with respect to direct tax accounting issues
  • Participate as part of the Primary Team in tax audits of International Groups and single legal entities in Switzerland
  • Contribute with your knowledge to BEPS2.0 projects
  • Leading clients on established accounts, seeking process improvement opportunity in both EY and Client processes and implementing services for new client
  • Managing account resourcing, budget, and delivery
  • Developing and coaching the team involving the global EY-Shared-Service-Center structures

Skills and attributes for success

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Tax Accounting and/or Tax Audit functions, preferably in an international setting
  • Solid understanding of general and Tax Accounting principles, as well as reporting concepts (including temporary and permanent differences, current and deferred taxes, etc.) and a technical expertise in US GAAP and/or IFRS tax accounting
  • Experience in designing, executing, and supervising tax audit procedures for headquarters of multinational corporations as part of a primary team
  • Ideally, an experience in transfer pricing principle with an excellent knowledge in Excel
  • Ability to analyze the tax accounting implications of complex transactions
  • Analytical mindset combined with effective communication abilities
  • Proficiency in English is required; German is considered as a plus
