Your key responsibilities
- Providing full administrative support to managers regarding clients and engagements
- Prepare formatted written documents like engagement letters, reports and proposals
- Arrange and coordinate meeting schedules, business travels and etc.
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls
- Maintain calendar of the Managers
- Input datas to specific databases and monitoring
What We Look For
- 2 or 4-year university graduates from relevant programs to be trained for the Executive Assistant position
- A Good command of written and spoken English is a must
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications is a must
- Able to handle high-level confidential information
- Ability to organize and manage daily activities of Management Team
- Ability to handle multi tasks
- Dynamic and enthusiastic
