Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver as part of a globally diverse consulting team entrusted with the task of delivering Supply Chain engagements for clients across various industries
  • Lead projects involving Blue Yonder/JDA software, encompassing global solution design, system implementation, testing, and configuration to align with client specifications and meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with extended teams and clients to architect and implement actionable supply chain transformations.
  • Develop planning solutions, devise operational models, facilitate workshops, and conduct thorough fit gap assessments to bridge current and desired states.
  • Translate business requirements into practical technical functionalities, leveraging skills in o9, OMP, or similar platforms.
  • Validate and review data, while constructing optimization models, analytical reports, and presentations.
  • Offer innovative solutions to tackle unstructured problems.
  • Pursue continuous upskilling to enhance proficiency in planning capabilities, particularly focusing on Blue Yonder software.
  • Possessing specialization in a specific sector (CPG/FMCG, Automotive, Pharma, etc.) would be an added advantage.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • A recognized university degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics or business or related field.
  • Extensive leadership experience spanning over ten years, focusing on project delivery within Supply Chain Management, particularly in Supply Planning and Demand Management.
  • Proficiency in Value Chain Synchronization and familiarity with Supply Chain Re-Invention concepts would be advantageous.
  • Hands-on knowledge of BY (or other leading solutions) Supply Chain Planning applications such as:
    • Demand
    • Replenishment/Deployment Planning
    • Supply Planning
    • Inventory Optimization
    • Sales & Operations Planning
    • Scheduling/Sequencing
    • Control Tower Optimization.
  • Expertise in Advanced Planning tools like JDA, OM Partners, o9, and/or Kinaxis is essential.

  • Leadership and management involvement in a minimum of 2-3 full lifecycle Supply Chain Planning implementations within large and complex settings.
  • Lead and participate in various project phases including gathering business requirements, transforming them into application requirements, conducting Fit-Gap Analysis, leading Functional Design approval processes, collaborating with development teams for testing and solution delivery, assisting customers during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and preparing and reviewing documentations.

  • An understanding of financial products and services, in particular private equity funds

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $67,600 to $138,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $81,100 to $156,900. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Your Key Responsibilities

As markets rapidly change and develop, finance functions must demonstrate real added value to their business. As a finance advisor, you’ll use your experience and knowledge to help deliver greater insight – delivering functional efficiencies as well as transforming the role of finance in our clients’ businesses. You’ll be developing innovative, sustainable ways to improve the management of people, processes and systems, working alongside other finance professionals in high-performing teams.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

To Qualify for the Role, you must have

  • Minimum 2 years of financial services experience, with data technology experience (Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) along with Data Modeling, Data Governance, Meta Data Management, Data Architecture)
  • Previous exposure of MDM tool experience (SAS and IBM MDM tool experience is preferred)
  • Experience in Master Data Management (MDM): business process design for managing master data throughout the lifecycle
  • Experience in playing the role of a MDM Architect and leading large MDM Implementation for a full SDLC lifecycle.
  • Good understanding on the conceptual/logical data model for insurance/banking sectors across Finance, Retail Bank, Cards, and Marketing.
  • Architected solution to enable 360 degree customer view and have data quality concept understanding

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Strong people management skills and able to work/ manage multiple client engagements
  • Track record dealing with senior stakeholders and adapting to demanding environments
  • Understanding of Enterprise Data Warehouse

Como Consultor ou Consultora de Riscos na área do COE você atuará assumindo as seguintes responsabilidades:

  • Auxílio no levantamento de indicadores de performance, na criação de reports e automações.
  • Executar testes de programas de trabalhos pré-definidos, usando essencialmente o excel.
  • Mapeamento de processos e avaliação de controles internos, elaboração de relatórios e FUP dos planos de ação;
  • Mapeamento de processos e avaliação de controles internos.

Por que você?

Se você possui os requisitos abaixo, essa oportunidade pode ser sua:

  • Graduação em Contabilidade, administração, economia e áreas correlatas
  • Experiência em mapeamento de processos e avaliação de controles internos para atendimento a certificação da Lei Sarbanes Oxley
  • Experiência em trabalhos de estruturação, confecção e execução de testes de controles
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas e tecnologias específicas para auditoria contínua, além de experiência prévia em implementação de testes e análise de dados massivo para auditoria contínua;
  • Experiência em projetos e empresas Contábeis, Auditoria Interna ou Controles Internos;
  • Técnicas de entrevista e Mapeamento de Processos;
  • Identificação de Riscos e Controles.
  • Conhecimento em Power BI e Excel avançado.
  • Inglês avançado;
