Your key responsibilities

Interactions

  • Collaborate with the change, content, and engagement teams within the Service Adoption team to deliver complex, enterprise-wide technology adoption programs.
  • Work across a matrixed organization across the global geography; taking into account cultural and time zone challenges.

End-User Change Management Support

  • Identify and document the end user change management aspects related to the deployment and adoption of the product/s and services
  • Support delivery of engaging narratives of the change user journey that capture audience attention. Use imagery to convey complex data insights and the change story in a relatable and impactful manner.
  • Assist in developing product activation and adoption plans which are aligned with directives of key stakeholders
  • Apply a product activation processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Directly execute product activation processes and practices (change impact assessment, business case for adoption, communication, stakeholder management, lessons learned).
  • Collaborate with the appropriate EY Technology functions and stakeholders to ensure the coordination, integration, and administration of all related work plans
  • Identify potential points of contention for missed deliverables; create and implement strategies to mitigate shortfalls in timeline and budget
  • Anticipate problems before they occur; define the problem or risk; identify possible causes; work with team to identify solutions; select and implement most appropriate solution

Adoption

To qualify for the role, you must have

Education:

  • College degree in business or related technology field (Computer Science, Business Management, Communications, Organizational Change,etc.)

Experience:

  • Approximately - 3 to 6 years of experience leading and management complex people side activation and adoption projects in a project or program management role
  • Developing - product activation and adoption plans that include readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, success metrics, and communications activities
  • Previous project experience in the areas of end-user adoption, mobile solutions, security and/or Microsoft M365 products and services
  • PowerApp and Power Automate skills to support report creation and maintenance

Additional Information:This is a non-client facing role, offering great flexibility to work from a home office with limited travel. The role requires an understanding of enterprise services and technologies to develop robust training programs tailored for various audiences (business and technical).

The successful candidate must be comfortable training large groups of disparate users virtually in an enthusiastic and energetic manner. The role also requires tracking attendance from training programs and willingness to adjust based on user feedback.

Tus responsabilidades clave

Como Senior del equipo podrás desarrollar las siguientes tareas principales:

  • Ejecutar pruebas de diseño y efectividad operativa de controles ITGC (acceso lógico, gestión de cambios, operaciones de IT).
  • Evaluar y validar controles automatizados ( automated controls ) y controles de informes ( IT-dependent manual controls ).
  • Coordinar con áreas de IT, Finanzas y Compliance para obtener evidencia de cumplimiento.
  • Identificar deficiencias de control y emitir recomendaciones concretas de remediación.
  • Documentar procedimientos de auditoría siguiendo estándares internos y de PCAOB.

Requisitos

  • Contar con experiencia de al menos 3 años en auditoría IT externa, con foco en ITGC y/o cumplimiento SOX.
  • Formación académica en Sistemas, Contabilidad, Administración, Ingeniería o carreras afines.
  • Se considera un plus haber logrado certificaciones en auditoría de sistemas o gestión de riesgos (ej: CISA, CRISC, CIA, COBIT, ITIL).

Your key responsibilities

On a daily basis as an Internal Business Advisor you will:

  • Work with Finance teams to reach out to client serving teams and assist on their financials
  • Prepare and facilitate training for client serving teams on SAP and finance
  • Provide virtual support to our client serving teams (phone or e-mail)
  • Team with them to help in resolving their immediate questions
  • Educate and guide them through recommendations and training
  • Ensure that needed responses are provided in a quick manner or escalated when essential
  • Document all calls, e-mails and chats in the system
  • Share best practices and provide support to other team members across borders and service lines
  • Stay up to date with the firm’s latest policies, processes and tools
  • Stay connected with the business and functional experts
  • Self-educate and seek additional knowledge

As a new recruit, you will go through an on boarding program which will include:

  • EY and its business
  • Markets Finance Onboarding
  • System end-user training
  • Role playing and work shadowing with peers

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • High level of English and French (C1)
  • Graduate and/or professional certification in a business related subject matter (i.e. Accounting, Finance) or commensurate experience in Accounting or Finance related role is required
  • Professional approach, demonstrating tact and diplomacy

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Ability to prioritize workload and deliver outputs within strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication and partnering skills with people of all levels of the firm
