Your skills and strengths | About your unique contribution

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant in the QAS team, your primary responsibilities will include delivering risk management and governance, model development and implementation, model/system documentation, and model benchmarking, while establishing relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels and consistently delivering quality client services. Other responsibilities may include:

  • Work effectively as a team member sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress
  • Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties

Je bent een spin in het web en daarnaast communiceer je met collega’s in het buitenland en de diverse instanties.


Geen werkdag is hetzelfde. Het ene moment bel je met een werknemer of de Belastingdienst en het andere moment probeer je een complexe 30%-aanvraag tot een goed einde te brengen. Dit alles doe je natuurlijk niet alleen maar in een enthousiast en jong team vanuit ons kantoor (of vanuit huis).

Het team bestaat uit een goede mix tussen leergierige starters en meer ervaren collega’s die het beste uit zichzelf willen halen en door middel van opleiding en begeleiding ook het beste uit de andere teamleden willen halen. In de basis werk je vanuit ons kantoor in Amsterdam, maar flexibel werken (thuis en op onze andere kantoren in Rotterdam, Den Haag of Eindhoven) is natuurlijk goed mogelijk.

Als Senior Consultant Tax Compliance ga je aan de slag binnen een internationaal en enthousiast team. Het waarborgen van de aangifteprocessen en het bewaken van termijnen op onder andere het gebied van inkomstenbelasting, payroll, sociale verzekeringen, staat centraal.

Daarbij heb je een centrale rol binnen het compliance team en fungeer als contactpersoon voor de client, de werknemers op uitzending, ons eigen mondiale netwerk en de Belastingdienst. En verder zijn je werkzaamheden:

  • Het inhoudelijk controleren van belastingaangiften inkomstenbelasting en het zelf opstellen van de meer complexe belastingaangiften;
  • Het opstellen van bruto-netto berekeningen, payrollschema’s en Tax equalisation berekeningen;
  • Controleren van opgestelde 30%-aanvragen;
  • Controleren van opgestelde A1 aanvragen;
  • Het opstellen van bezwaarschriften en het nakijken van bezwaarschriften die zijn opgesteld door Compliance consultants;
  • Het verbinden en aansturen van een team van Compliance consultants, werkstudenten en stagiaires bij hun werkzaamheden.

Samen met de Tax Compliance Manager evalueer je de werkprocessen op de klant, assisteer je bij interne en externe controles, risicomanagement en denk je mee over automatisering van die processen. Dit doe je in multiculturele teams met collega’s uit zowel Nederland als collega’s in het buitenland. Kortom, afwisselend werk, persoonlijk contact en ruimte voor groei en ontwikkeling.

Wat wij zoeken: Where do you start if you want to change the world?

  • Om voor deze rol in aanmerking te komen, heb je:
  • Minimaal 2-3 jaar werkervaring met grensoverschrijdende arbeid binnen een aangiftepraktijk;
  • Minimaal een afgeronde HBO opleiding (bij voorkeur Fiscale Economie of Fiscaal Recht);
  • Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
