As a Senior Associate / Assistant Manager:

  • Apply technical and analytical skills to support the delivery of high-quality solutions for clients

•Design and implement finance delivery model and governance, encompassing end-to-end processes, incorporating accounting standards / policies and control requirements as well as emerging automation solutions, design the Finance Technology and Data landscape considering the overall enterprise technology and data architecture, talent skillsets and capabilities, organization structure and performance measurements; determine change impact, strategizing and executing enterprise-wide change management activities

•Identify and prioritize opportunities for improving Finance operations through maximizing technology usage supported by emerging technology. Support clients in the implementation of improvement initiatives and monitor the success of these initiatives in delivering the intended outcomes

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor’s degree and above in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or Mathematics
• Approximately 2 years of recent relevant work experience in a leading business consulting organization or accounting organization; or
• 4 years of functional finance experience (Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis, Financial Accounting & Reporting, Management Insight Reporting, Enterprise/Business
Performance Management) in any industry

Ideally, you will also have

• Sector-specific strategy or customer experience knowledge
• Knowledge in Agile and/or traditional project management
• Knowledge in Design Thinking

As a Senior Associate / Assistant Manager:

  • Apply technical and analytical skills to support the delivery of high-quality solutions for clients

  • Collaborate within cross-functional teams to contribute to project planning and implementation

  • Support project management activities including documentation, research, client communications, and reporting

  • Contribute to the preparation of deliverables, proposals, and stakeholder presentations

  • Assist in identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies

As a Manager / Senior Manager:

  • Lead and oversee delivery of key workstreams or entire projects, ensuring outcomes align with client objectives

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

  • Senior Associate : Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR consulting, change management, workforce strategy, or similar areas

  • Manager : Minimum 5 years of experience, including leading teams or workstreams

  • Senior Manager : At least 7–8 years of experience with demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects and client relationships

  • Exposure to client-facing environments such as Big 4, global consultancies, or in-house roles leading transformation initiatives

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

  • Postgraduate or professional certifications (e.g., MBA, CIPD, Prosci, SHRM)

  • Experience managing complex stakeholders across sectors

  • Demonstrated success in leading pursuits and business development

  • Exposure to digital HR solutions, people analytics, or workforce planning technologies
