Your key responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the accounting and financial reporting processes for our clients: AR, AP, fixed asset, GL accounting

• Prepare financial statements in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS

• Prepare management and other financial reports, provide comprehensive assistance to clients in the preparation and oversight of their budgets and financial performance

• Prepare tax returns

• Delegate tasks and supervise a team of 2-3 people

• Maintain long-term collaborative and profitable relationships with our clients

Your key responsibilities

• Reviewing and mapping current service delivery processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities, engaging in service research.
• Evaluating and recommending AI-driven solutions to enhance operational performance and customer experience, developing process strategies.
• Collaborating with business process owners, IT teams, and developers to align AI initiatives with business goals.
• Leading or supporting implementation of selected AI solutions, ensuring measurable impact and continuous improvement.
• Promoting a culture of innovation, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.

What we offer you

Your Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Lithuanian process of annual sales planning and budgeting, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Facilitate the preparation and execution of Key accounts and Industry targeting meetings, driving engagement and relationship-building.
• Coordinate the collection and analysis of client feedback to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and performance analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare impactful presentations and reports for management meetings, showcasing insights and recommendations.
• Provide strategic support for business development initiatives and manage ad-hoc requests.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have

• Relevant professional experience in a business development related positions.
• A university degree or currently pursuing studies in Economics, Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in analytics and market research.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
