Your key responsibilities

As a Gen AI Specialist within the strategy consulting practice, you will lead complex, high-impact AI initiatives, driving innovation in strategy engagement delivery and aligning stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes.Collaborating with strategy practitioners and AI technology experts, you will define an AI product vision, prioritize AI product roadmaps, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver AI led solutions that can bring tangible results to the engagements. Leveraging your AI expertise, your role will consist of leading the design-thinking of AI solutions for some of our top industry-leading clients willing to embark on new AI transformation journeys, while developing meaningful reusable Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions for your EY-P colleagues. You will support with designing and building MVPs - Minimum Viable Products, in alignment with the our goals.

Qualification and Experience:

• An MBA from a top tier business school or Masters from a top-ranking university.

• At least 2+ years of work experience, building digital products with strong product management toolkit, leading cross-functional teams in agile set-up across the full product development lifecycle.
• A previous experience with a top consulting firm with strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to engage effectively with both client and EY senior leadership
• Proficiency in working with UI/UX, RAG, APIs, and AI agents to develop and implement scalable AI solutions
• Familiarity with large group data management policies and know-how on how to appropriately manage firm data
• Expertise in all aspects of AI product development lifecycle and adjacent topics such as personas and user journeys
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong understanding of AI, ML and LLM products is preferred
• Proficiency in the English and Arabic language, both in writing and verbally, in a professional environment
• Effective organization, time management with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
• Willingness and ability to travel within the MENA region, when necessary (approximately 25-50% of time)

• Perform daily HR administration tasks for clients
• Maintain personnel files of the employees and employee records in the internal HR system of the clients
• Support clients' employees on payroll and HR administration matters

Your key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end pursuit lifecycle from qualification to close, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables aligned with firm protocols.
• Drive and track pursuit project plans, timelines, workstreams, interdependencies, and key milestones.

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented supervising associate to work across a variety of sectors and service lines within the MENA Marketing team. As a supervising associate you’ll provide strong support to the MENA Marketing Leader. You will help design, develop, and manage marketing initiatives for the MENA region, specifically managing events and providing guidance to other markets, managing webinars (both internal and external), and supporting on content development – profiles, brochures, presentations, thought leadership and newsletters.

Success in this role will be the delivery of comprehensive, world-class marketing initiatives that deliver sustainable and measurable results.

Your key responsibilities

• Assist and manage digital events including internal and external webinars

• Manage events from start to finish, working with the business and provide branding support where needed
