As a Tax Manager, you'll see this first hand by being immersed in the evolving tax environment through preparing and auditing income tax provisions, assisting with income tax filings, consulting on planning opportunities, and coaching and developing staff on your engagement teams.
Your key responsibilities
You'll spend your time supporting client engagements by coordinating day-to-day interactions with clients, reviewing staff work product, driving delivery of services to meet deadlines, developing internal team members, and managing engagement economics. You'll continuously build on technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments and technical authorities and apply them to complex situations. Identifying and resolving tax technical issues and sharing insights to improve our efficiency will be a key component. - CPA certification or licensed attorney status
- A background in tax compliance and accounting for income tax and a broad understanding of US income taxation
- Experience managing budgets and projects
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and data mining tools
- The ability to prioritize when working on multiple projects, and the confidence to engage and integrate directly into our clients' teams
- Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $90,300 to $165,400. Senior SAP Planning APO/IBP Implementation Consultant
You’ll be working using the best practices of SAP solutions from Supply Chain Planning area including IBP, PPDS, APO and S/4HANA. The idea is to deliver business advisory services in the field of transformation and enterprise management systems; implement the processes in Cloud, Hybrid and on Premise environments, proceed successfully with greenfield and brownfield approach and dealing with Agile and combined methodologies. Your responsibility will be also to manage the quality of implementation projects. All what you will be doing will help building a better working world.
Your key responsibilities
- As a member of our team, you’ll have a chance to extend your experience in Consulting Projects. You’ll manage SAP implementation / configuration projects for clients and will help them in choosing the most suitable business solutionfrom Supply Chain Planning area including IBP, PPDS, APO and S/4HANA
Skills and attributes for success
- You’ll enthusiastically enhance your core SAP technology knowledge and experience.
- You should be able to effectively collaborate with international project teams and clients to ensure that solutions are tailored to specific needs
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Experience with independently leading at least one full SAP APO and/or IBP and/or PPDS module implementation project
- Working experience on projects implemented in the SAP S/4 HANA environment
Practical experience and skills in:
- configuring the system,
- implementing changes,
- performing system enhancements
Hands-on experience and knowledge of the essential phases of the implementation project are crucial, including:
- Project Preparation,
- Business Blueprint,
- Realization,
- Final Preparation,
- Go-Live and Support,
- Hypercare
- Knowledge and hands on experience in IBP or APO sub-modules like DP, SNP, CIF, PPDS, GATP and good understanding of integration between planning tools and ERP (APOó ERP, IBPóERP)
- 3 + years of business experience in SAP environment
- Good end-to-end knowledge of entire lifecycle business processes related to the SAP APO and/or IBP and/or PPD module
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Focus on providing excellent customer service to stakeholders and promoting a strong team spirit in projects
- Communicative English - verbal and written communication

As a Tax Manager, you'll see this first hand by being immersed in the evolving tax environment through preparing and auditing income tax provisions, assisting with income tax filings, consulting on planning opportunities, and coaching and developing staff on your engagement teams.
Your key responsibilities
You'll spend your time supporting client engagements by coordinating day-to-day interactions with clients, reviewing staff work product, driving delivery of services to meet deadlines, developing internal team members, and managing engagement economics. You'll continuously build on technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments and technical authorities and apply them to complex situations. Identifying and resolving tax technical issues and sharing insights to improve our efficiency will be a key component. In addition, you'll partner with other team members to help identify new opportunities to leverage to your clients across multiple service lines.

To qualify for the role you must have
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a graduate degree in Tax or Law and approximately five years of related work experience
- CPA certification or licensed attorney status
- A background in tax compliance and accounting for income tax and a broad understanding of US income taxation
- Experience managing budgets and projects
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and data mining tools
- The ability to prioritize when working on multiple projects, and the confidence to engage and integrate directly into our clients' teams
- Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment

- A proven record in a professional services environment
- Experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- The ability to adapt your work style to work with both internal and client team members

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $90,300 to $165,400. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $108,500 to $188,100. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
