L'opportunità e le tue responsabilità:
Stiamo cercando un profilo per arricchire il nostro team Accounting Compliance & Reporting (ACR).
La posizione è aperta presso la nostra sede di Milano .
Nello specifico avrai modo di occuparti di:
- tenuta della contabilità secondo i principi contabili nazionali ed internazionali;
- adempimenti fiscali di natura ordinaria e ricorrente (es. liquidazione iva e ritenute);
- riconciliazioni contabili e ricostruzione saldi;
- predisposizione di report mensile secondo i principi contabili nazionali e internazionali;
- predisposizione bilancio civilistico annuale e consolidato;
- GAP conversion;
- cash flow analysis;
- Supporto alle società nella tenuta dei libri obbligatori fiscali e civilistici secondo le normative vigenti;
- Supporto alle società per la corretta tenuta delle scritture contabili;
- 770 e certificazione unica professionisti;
- esecuzioni e inventari fisici di magazzino e relativo pricing;
- gestione in outsourcing della funzione amministrativa o di alcune parti della funzione amministrativa stessa;
- supporto all'IT department per la customizzazione dei sistemi contabili in linea con la normativa italiana
Le skills che stiamo cercando:
- Laurea triennale o Laurea specialistica in Economia;
- Max. 2 anni di esperienza maturata e con competenze incentrate soprattutto sul bookkeeping;
- Ottima conoscenza della contabilità generale ed analitica, del bilancio e della fiscalità ricorrente;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata);
- Ottima conoscenza pacchetto Office;
- Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative;
- Attitudine al team work e al problem solving
