• The Director – Engineering will lead end-to-end engineering design, development, and delivery across EY India’s Client Technology portfolio. This leader will drive the execution of large-scale, enterprise-grade SaaS platforms and shared assets that power the firm’s digital transformation agenda. Key Requirements: 15–20 years of experience in software engineering and platform delivery, with at least 5–7 years in senior engineering leadership roles. Proven experience building and scaling SaaS-grade or enterprise cloud platforms at scale. Deep understanding of modern software architectures, distributed systems, APIs, and data integration patterns. Demonstrated expertise in engineering management, process automation, and agile product delivery. Strong hands-on familiarity with modern technology stacks (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java, React, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS).
