This position is an advisory and consulting manager role to design workforce business strategy and standards for Global Consulting stakeholders. The position will be a key delivery partner, focused on defining workforce business strategy, identifying opportunities and enabling leaders to take workforce-related business decisions through data, insights and analytics. Essential Functions of the Job:

• Acts as a strategic thought partner to the WFT COE and Consulting Talent leader to shape workforce strategy across Global Consulting. Translates complex talent data into actionable insights that inform executive-level decisions and drive enterprise-wide outcomes.
• Builds and maintains strong partnerships with global Consulting Talent leaders and senior stakeholders across Talent Functions and Super Regions. Data Governance - Informatica MDM and Data Quality (DQ) - Manager

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical aspects of implementing and managing Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality (IDQ) solutions to support data management and quality initiatives, and the ability to handle all required activities with minimal support.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Informatica MDM and IDQ, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and maintenance to meet business requirements.
