  • Perform front line accurate and precise real-time monitoring and analysis correlation of logs/alerts from a multitude of security devices with a focus on the determination of what was said as events constitute security incidents.
  • They will work multi-functionally to detect and respond to information security incidents, develop, maintain, and follow procedures for security event alerting, and participate in security investigations.
  • The CTF Analyst I must be competent to work at a technical level, be capable of identifying threats and vectors that cause security events and be able to follow defined procedures for mitigating said threats.

To qualify for the role you must have

Experience:

  • Working in a Security Monitoring/Security Operations Center environment (SOC)
  • Experience investigating security events, threats and/or vulnerabilities
  • Demonstrate incident handling ability
  • Demonstrate ability to analysis log output from various devices
  • Understanding of electronic investigation and log correlation
  • Proficiency with the latest intrusion detection platforms
  • Working knowledge of Windows systems administration (Including AD) and/or Linux.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Information Security Principles, Technologies, and Practices
  • Proven experience with multiple security event detection platforms
  • Thorough understanding of TCP/IP

  • Good social, communication and technical writing skills

What we look for


Under limited supervision the CTF (Cyber Triage and Forensics) Analyst I will report to the CTF Global Service Manager. The CTF Analyst I will perform tasks including monitoring, research, classification and analysis of security events that occur on the network or endpoint. The CTF Analyst I should have familiarity with the principles of network and endpoint security, current threat and attack trends, a basic understanding of the OSI model, cloud security, and have a working knowledge of defense in depth strategies.

Purpose of the Job:

  • 3 - 6 years of Pre Sales/Deals/Bid Management experience
  • Experience in a large Global organization preferably in a professional services firm
  • Proven ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders

Certification Requirements:

  • Expected to remain current on EY training and curriculum (e.g. Account Management Framework (AMF), Badges, etc.)
  • APMP and or PMP Certification would be added advantage

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Depending on regional geography, some travel is required for attending leadership meetings/training

Job Summary:

The Global Deals Hub provides support to the firm’s small and medium sized deals – saving time, driving efficiency and ensuring client servers have access to a broad range of well received and accurate materials to leverage in their pursuit efforts. This role actively supports our pursuit innovation strategy and contributes directly to the products and services to make pursuit efforts more effective.

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Is responsible for executing pursuit excellence across their domain (Service Line, Region, Sector).
  • Acts as a brand ambassador to ensure that pursuit self-help strategy meets the needs of pursuit teams they work with.
  • Work with PRC Leadership to increase awareness and adoption of EY’s pursuit self-help products and services with domain teams and requestors.
  • Shares knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned with colleagues, and support presentations and training on pursuit excellence.
  • Actively contribute content and expertise to in-scope RFPs and proposals, ensuring high-quality responses including quality reviews of team members and applying leading practices and lessons learned.
  • Assist with pursuit content processes (outreach, harvesting and curation) to ensure materials align with business priorities and can be used effectively by pursuit teams and SMR networks
  • Contributes to and maintains EY’s curated global library of best practice pursuit content, PRC tools, and enablers, as well as providing high-touch pursuit support
  • Support PRC leadership to build relationships with stakeholders, co-deliver practical solutions and actively promote the value and impact of the PRC
  • Works with PRC leadership and others to deliver initiatives and on day-to-day delivery

  • The CTF Analyst I must be competent to work at a technical level, be capable of identifying threats and vectors that cause security events and be able to follow defined procedures for mitigating said threats.

To qualify for the role you must have

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Working in a Security Monitoring/Security Operations Center environment (SOC)
  • Experience investigating security events, threats and/or vulnerabilities
  • Demonstrate incident handling ability
  • Demonstrate ability to analysis log output from various devices
  • Understanding of electronic investigation and log correlation
  • Proficiency with the latest intrusion detection platforms
  • Working knowledge of Windows systems administration (Including AD) and/or Linux.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Information Security Principles, Technologies, and Practices
  • Proven experience with multiple security event detection platforms
  • Thorough understanding of TCP/IP
  • Demonstrated integrity in a professional environment
  • Good social, communication and technical writing skills
  • Comfortable navigating and troubleshooting Windows system issues
  • Desired Certifications – Any Security Certifications

Under limited supervision the CTF (Cyber Triage and Forensics) Analyst I will report to the CTF Global Service Manager. The CTF Analyst I will perform tasks including monitoring, research, classification and analysis of security events that occur on the network or endpoint. The CTF Analyst I should have familiarity with the principles of network and endpoint security, current threat and attack trends, a basic understanding of the OSI model, cloud security, and have a working knowledge of defense in depth strategies.
