• Analyse and model business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Translate business requirements into BRDs, FSDs, User Stories for the T24 system.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience capturing business requirements for contact center migrations (Amazon Connect, Genesys, NICE, Five9).
