Your Key Responsibilities
You will work with multi-disciplinary individuals that provide a broad range of business and technology consulting services. To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Minimum 6 years of work experience related to operational management and regulatory reporting in the financial services industry
- Experience related to fund accounting, including the ability to conduct technical review and understand SEC rules and regulations, and FAQs as they pertain to required reporting.
- A bachelors degree in business, accounting, economics, finance or related discipline
- Analytical skills, especially those related to fund accounting and asset management
- Strong proven communication skills demonstrated through effective writing and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders; based on critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Effective leadership, project management, and organizational skills
- Experience managing large teams and the ability leverage the team’s talents in solving problems
- An understanding of financial products and services, include those related to depository institutions, wholesale banking, insurance, asset management, securities, financial technology or private equity.
- An interest in working in an environment which encourages continuous learning, development and identification of opportunities for improvement of individual and team performance
- A willingness to travel on an exception basis for client needs
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Experience in the hedge fund or mutual fund investment industry

You’ll work to successfully execute resource/scheduling assignments that are complex and require extensive relationships with engagement managers. You’ll focus on matching resource needs with availability while taking into consideration skills required, personal preferences and engagement risk. Your key responsibilities

You will be formulating strategic initiatives, redesigning organizations, transforming the operations and processes, and improving business performance through the power of people, innovation, and technology.
You will help build insight and action plans around competitor intelligence and industry trends to ensure our clients remain forward-thinking and agile.
Consult with clients to understand their business objectives and technological requirements and provide strategic recommendations that integrate both business and technology perspectives.
Participate or managee implementation of transformation projects ensuring quality of work and timeline delivery.
Be a transformation partner to clients by educating them through meetings, workshops and trainings sessions
Cultivate strong client relationships by demonstrating professionalism, integrity and understanding of their needs ensuring high satisfaction and retention
Be proactive and take initiative to support engagement managers and partners in delivery high quality work to our clients
To qualify for the role, you should have

Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect both business and technology considerations.

Strong communication, presentation and writing skills and verbal communication in English is a must.

Willingness and ability to commute in Cyprus for local projects and abroad for international projects

Good appreciation of current market technology and transformation trends (e.g., Data Analytics, Cloud, Emerging Technologies, Digital Economy) and how these are likely to impact industries and organizations.
For non-graduate roles:
Experience from working in a multinational environment or consulting firm
Experience in one or more of the following: Transformation programs, Data & AI, customer experience, digital services, technology implementation, product portfolio review, revenue improvement and cost reduction initiatives, innovation initiatives.
Client facing experience from a professional services background
