Your Key Responsibilities
You will enable, drive and lead initiatives focusing on establishing cloud architecture & design governance across the organization and its clients.
Key functions include:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams delivering cloud and modern workplace solutions for EY clients.
- Collaborate with technical architects to develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Break down workstreams, estimate effort, and proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with business, architecture, and engineering teams to design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and workplace technologies.
- Provide escalation support and ensure timely resolution of incidents with minimal business disruption.
- Foster a high-performance team culture through coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
- Promote Agile and DevOps practices to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical execution.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred), modern workplace tools (M365), and emerging technologies including AI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
To Qualify for the role, you must have
- 5+ years of experience in technology leadership or functional management roles.
- Proven experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and make an impact in a cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering is required
- Certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) are preferred.
