As our PMO Governance Specialist, you'll play a pivotal client-facing role ensuring our project management office runs smoothly and meets contractual obligations. You'll bring deep governance expertise and a strong background in SAP or similar large-scale ERP implementations, while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to deliver outstanding service throughout the programme lifecycle.

• Develop and implement governance frameworks and processes to ensure effective project management practices.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, supporting the production of deliverables in accordance with EY methods.

• Support the preparation of regular reporting for different levels of management.

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are a plus.
• 5+ years in PMO governance or related roles.
• Experience in SAP or similar ERP implementations.
• Proven experience in PMO governance and coordination.
• Experience in reporting and performance management within a PMO environment.
• Familiarity with SAP programme management is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting, BICA/ACCA/CIMA qualified;
• 3-4 years experience working as an External Auditor in a public accounting firm;

Job Summary

The Senior Tax Consultant - International Tax will play a pivotal role in advising multinational corporations on complex international tax matters, including transfer pricing. The consultant will leverage extensive knowledge of international tax laws and practices to provide strategic guidance to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of global tax environments.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for executing international tax consulting projects, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations. You will analyze cross-border transactions and provide recommendations to optimize tax positions for clients, focusing on tax efficiency and risk management.

You will lead transfer pricing projects, including the development of transfer pricing policies, documentation, and compliance strategies to align with local and international regulations. You will collaborate with clients to understand their business operations and develop customized international tax and transfer pricing strategies that align with their goals.

You will conduct thorough research on international tax and transfer pricing issues, staying updated on changes in tax legislation that may impact clients.

You will mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. You will also ensure adherence to the firm's quality standards and best practices in international tax consulting and transfer pricing.

Qualifications

· A degree in Economics, Tax, Business, Banking or Finance.

· Specific knowledge in international taxation (with certification)
