  • Lead and mentor the team, including managers, senior consultants, consultants, and graduates, by acting as a 'Counsellor' for junior members, fostering their career development, and contributing to a positive team culture that promotes high performance, collaboration, and celebrates successes.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Possess detailed knowledge and experience with the Australian taxation system, acquired through work in a professional services firm or a comparable industry role, along with expertise in corporate income tax compliance calculations, processes, and ATO lodgement obligations.

Your key responsibilities

Your key responsibilities

As a Manager or Senior Manager, you will support and deliver small-medium sized projects or components of large-scale complex projects. Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Manage client engagement teams
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of integrations, carve-outs, and other types of transaction engagements
