  • Scrum Master Responsibilities: Partner with Product Owners to prioritize work through the backlog and manage Scrum artifacts. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
  • Performance Metrics: Define process metrics within the Scrum team to ensure seamless communication with stakeholders. Measure team progress using metrics like burn-down charts and track dependencies with other Scrum Teams for seamless delivery.
  • Organizational Change: Work with senior leadership to embed Agile principles in day-to-day scenarios and collaborate with other leaders to drive organizational change.
  • Identify Continuous Improvement Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and share best practices. Navigate the organization to remove impediments impacting team progress.

General Responsibilities

  • Agile Project Management: Manage multiple critical projects, requiring matrix management of activities across all functional areas. Drive project planning activities, including stakeholder identification, risk management, and regular status reporting.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate, influence, and negotiate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Create and maintain project schedules, identifying resource estimates, timelines, milestones, and critical paths.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, MBA, MCA, or any other related Master's degree.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of relevant Agile experience (Scrum Master, Agile Coach/Mentor) with at least 3-7 years of hands-on project management experience delivering technology solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Mandatory Agile Certifications: Preferably SAFe Agile or Scrum.org (PSM I + PSM II) or Scrum Alliance (Certified Scrum Master).
  • Project Management Certification: PMP is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills Desired:

  • Substantial experience working as part of Agile teams.

Your key responsibilities

  • Support transfer pricing reviews, audits, and negotiations with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), including Advance Pricing Arrangements and Mutual Agreement Procedure applications, grounded in economic principles and international tax policy analysis.
  • Develop and implement global transfer pricing policies for multinational financial services clients, model financial outcomes of cross-border arrangements, and prepare data-driven recommendations from an Australian tax perspective.
  • Lead and manage multiple engagements, ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment, while mentoring a culturally and gender-diverse team and preparing compliance documentation, models, and insights to support integrated transfer pricing solutions.

Assist in negotiating Advance Pricing Arrangements with the ATO and other tax authorities, and prepare Mutual Agreement Procedure applications.
  • Analyse the impact of international tax policies and prepare recommendations on their consequences from an Australian tax and transfer pricing perspective. Model financial outcomes of cross-border debt and global trading arrangements, return on assets, and profit splits.
  • Provide fully integrated approaches to transfer pricing by preparing documents, data files, and models to fulfil client compliance obligations. Project manage multiple engagements to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.

Nello specifico avrai modo di occuparti di:

- tenuta della contabilità secondo i principi contabili nazionali ed internazionali;
- adempimenti fiscali di natura ordinaria e ricorrente (es. liquidazione iva e ritenute);
- riconciliazioni contabili e ricostruzione saldi;
- predisposizione di report mensile secondo i principi contabili nazionali e internazionali;
- predisposizione bilancio civilistico annuale e consolidato;
- GAP conversion;
- cash flow analysis;
- Supporto alle società nella tenuta dei libri obbligatori fiscali e civilistici secondo le normative vigenti;
- Supporto alle società per la corretta tenuta delle scritture contabili;
- 770 e certificazione unica professionisti;
- esecuzioni e inventari fisici di magazzino e relativo pricing;
- gestione in outsourcing della funzione amministrativa o di alcune parti della funzione amministrativa stessa;
- supporto all'IT department per la customizzazione dei sistemi contabili in linea con la normativa italiana

Le skills che stiamo cercando:

  • Laurea triennale o Laurea specialistica in Economia;
  • Max. 2 anni di esperienza maturata e con competenze incentrate soprattutto sul bookkeeping;
  • Ottima conoscenza della contabilità generale ed analitica, del bilancio e della fiscalità ricorrente;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata);

  • Mandatory Agile Certifications: Preferably SAFe Agile or Scrum.org (PSM I + PSM II) or Scrum Alliance (Certified Scrum Master).
  • Project Management Certification: PMP is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Substantial experience working as part of Agile teams.
  • Ability to embed and foster Agile ways of working at the team level.
  • Proactively upskill the team in Agile practices.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and share best practices.
  • Communicate, influence, and negotiate with Product Owners and stakeholders.
  • Navigate the organization to remove impediments impacting team progress.
  • Analyse and refine existing processes.
  • Coach and mentor team members to drive continuous improvement.
  • Deep understanding of agile software delivery and operational aspects.
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks (DevOps, etc.).
  • Experience with JIRA/Azure DevOps or similar software.
  • Understanding of technology-enabled business transformation and delivering enterprise-level IT projects.
