•Support a range of channel accounts and partners
•Develop and manage day-to-day relationships with our channel partners and distributors, ensuring high awareness and knowledge of Workforce solutions
•Drive Workforce solutions growth and SOW at channel partners organizations
•Resolve or escalate any customer concerns as appropriate
•Negotiate to achieve desired results and meet customer needs•5 to 7 years of similar experience working with the Channel or in a relationship-selling role
•Good oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, leadership and to support other team members
•Bachelor’s degree
•Field sales experience

  • Uncover critical processes and operational challenges within the customer’s environment and position the relevant Dell workforce solutions and services

Essential Requirements

  • Expertise in Client Workforce Transformation Solution design, architecture and associated customer conversations with good knowledge of technical products, vendors and families of technologies
  • Ability to position Dell Technologies CSG portfolio against major competitive offerings
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with customers, support personnel and executives
  • Outcome-oriented, acumen to build TCO value propositions, communicate Dell’s unique value
  • Creative Thinking and ability to identify opportunities of growth


Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 to 8 years of related field sales experience in a relationship selling role
