Platové ohodnotenie od: 1113 EUR mesačne v hrubom (fixná zložka 70%) + 477 EUR mesačne v hrubom (variabilná zložka 30%).

Priemerý mesačný zárobok od 1600 EUR v hrubom.

Ponúkaná mzda sa môže líšiť na základe jazykových a pracovných skúseností kandidáta. Prvé 3 mesiace je variabilná časť mzdy vyplácaná v plnej výške. Súčasťou finálneho ohodnotenia sú aj ďalšie odmeny, o ktorých sa dozvieš viac počas výberového procesu.

What you’ll achieve
As a Junior Sales Account Executive , you will be responsible for supporting clients by providing Dell’s solutions while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts. The Junior Sales Account Executive will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with other members of the sales team. You will

  • Active telephone support for small business customers with a focus on customer acquisition

  • Responsibility for achieving short- and long-term targets, in particular sales and growth targets as well as monthly/quarterly KPIs

  • Tracking sales leads with the aim of recognizing the IT potential of customers

What you’ll achieve

As an Inside Sales Representative , you will be responsible for building business with existing customers, you will also develop relationships with new clients.

You will:

  • Handling incoming customer calls
  • Responding to customer inquiries and advising on IT solutions
  • Actively selling products and services
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Continuously developing in the IT field

Essential Requirements

  • Very good German skills (C1) and English
  • Master’s degree in Business and Management, study program: Corporate Sales and Marketing
  • Over 1 year of experience in sales or customer communication
  • Ability to share knowledge and experience in a structured way
  • Customer orientation, initiative, and team spirit

Desirable Requirements

  • IT Affinity
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team

Salary starting from:

1431 EUR gross fix pay + 159 EUR gross variable pay

Salary split: 90/10
