Ako Junior Sales Account Executive budeš zodpovedný za predaj produktov spoločnosti Dell Technologies našim zákazníkom podľa ich potrieb, zastrešovať akvizíciu nových klientov a prehlbovať existujúce obchodné vzťahy. Naši obchodní reprezentanti aktívne spolupracujú s manažérom a ďalšími členmi obchodného oddelenia. Súčasťou pozície sú aj pravidelné tréningy s koučmi, mentormi, e-learningy a iné možnosti vzdelávania. Tvojou úlohou bude
Aktívna telefonická konzultácia pre malých podnikateľov so zameraním na získavanie zákazníkov.
Zodpovednosť za dosahovanie krátkodobých a dlhodobých cieľov, najmä cieľov predaja a rastu, ako aj mesačných/štvrťročných KPI.
Sledovanie potenciálnych zákazníkov s cieľom rozpoznať ich IT potenciál.
Nepretržité investície do vlastného rozvoja prostredníctvom školení, technických a mäkkých zručností.
Sledovanie nezávislých informácií o marketingových a merchandisingových aktivitách pre optimálne umiestnenie nášho portfólia.

Ukončené vysokoškolské vzdelanie II. stupňa: podnikový obchod a marketing

Platové ohodnotenie od: 1113 EUR mesačne v hrubom (fixná zložka 70%) + 477 EUR mesačne v hrubom (variabilná zložka 30%).
Priemerý mesačný zárobok od 1600 EUR v hrubom.
Ponúkaná mzda sa môže líšiť na základe jazykových a pracovných skúseností kandidáta. Prvé 3 mesiace je variabilná časť mzdy vyplácaná v plnej výške. Súčasťou finálneho ohodnotenia sú aj ďalšie odmeny, o ktorých sa dozvieš viac počas výberového procesu.
